We visited the restaurant for evening supper and all food was prepared from scratch. Food was very tasty and fresh. Prices are in line with other Portugal places. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

A lady staying in our hotel recommended this place. Lovely!!! portion sizes are enormous, even my husband, who is never usually over faced by food, had to leave some. The owner was lovely and took the time to explain the menu, answer any questions and make suggestions. Would not hesitate to go back next time we are there.

Nice meal in one of the squares behind the marina. A Broa offers typical Portuguese cuisine and is popular. We sat outside and ordered Sea bass with prawn & bacon sauce, rump steak and fillet steak Portuguese style (white wine sauce and sautéed pots). Desert was Tarte da leman and Strawberry cheesecake. Good price and good service with lovely food. Have to say the cheesecake was a steal at â¬3.50 and was a decent size too.

Peixe fresco, bacalhau, mexilhão fresco, amêijoa boa, camarão selvagem, bons bifes, costeletas de borrego e cataplanas
Just had dinner here. Arrived as it opened at 6.30 and first to get a table. 20 mins later it was half full. We has sea bass and sea bream, filleted at the table. Bliss!. Staff were delightful although rushed off their feet. When we left there was a queue at the door. One couple came in with a small child. The waitress observed that they were just a couple last year and nice to see them back. Well worth a visit but get there early to avoid the queue.

This is the only restaurant we did a repeat visit to during the week we were staying in Vilamoura. Excellent fish dishes especially, cooked perfectly. The house wine was great and the pricing is very competitive for the quality. Staff are friendly and efficient. The restaurant is located behind the marina row, in the squares so easy to find.

BJâs was recommended to us by as a friend as her most favourite beach bar ever. This sounds like high praise but having visited last night we agree.Being October things are starting to wind down and they serve food until 18.00 in the evening. During the summer it must be much later. I would suggest booking especially if you wanted a table at the edge of the beach which our table was.The team running the place were welcoming and unhurried but very efficient, a great combination. We all ate off the fresh fish board which was a little more expense but was first class. We didnât hold back on starters main, and two of the group had starters. For the 4 of us including all drinks and a tip it came to â¬190.Towards the end of the meal the sun set giving the most amazing set set we have seen for a long time.Well worth a visit.I am so pleased that you enjoyed your visit to Bjs and I really hope we can welcome you again soon.

Our fifth year visiting Quarteira and we ate here twice, as we always do.Whether it's a daytime lunch or a 'dress up' dinner, the quality of the food never drops below five star. The fresh catch of the day is always excellent, and we ate sole, sea bass as well as the chicken curry and steak, all were beautifully cooked and served.Desserts as well were lovely, and finished off with coffee and macieira...wonderful!Thanks again Miguel and Vanessa for all your hard work, well done.
