Waterfront restaurant serving delicious Caribbean & American cuisine. Off the beaten path, but worth the trip. Come by car or dock & dine! CLOSED MONDAYS.
Stopped in for a drink and afternoon snack. Had the spicy jerk chicken wings and bacon wrapped plantains. Wings were amazing, spicy but not too hot with a touch of sweet. Would definately get them again. Plantains were also good just enjoyed the wings more. Haha

Pick up many varieties of fresh local or cold water fish to take home and cook for yourself. Or, stay dine in and have a lobster roll, fish & chips, scallops, or one of the many other great delicious fresh choices we offer.
Restaurant is 2 miles from our house so thought weâd give it a try. We got take-out.Staff super friendly. Wait time after ordering was super quick. Pricing reasonable. We ordered fried mushrooms, lobster roll and clam strip plate. Mushrooms were really good. Lobster roll was really good. Clam strips were not good. Flavor was ok but they were literally strips of a large clam. Long rectangular strips of clam meat. Iâve loved clam strips for the past 40+ years... this isnât it. I like the people and the place so Iâll try something else next time. Place was busy so itâs well liked.

Iâve been here numerous times and the tables and menus are always sticky and itâs incredibly difficult to find your wait staff once they disappear from your table. You also have to wait around 10 minutes for someone to first appear at your table. The food isnât very good, itâs greasy and unoriginal.

We really enjoyed the food & sunset. The service is mediocre. I had red snapper but asked to sub out the rice pilaf with mushroom risotto & asparagus and they up charge us, even though itâs on the menu on another item. My friend had the ribeye it was very tender, but they forgot the mushrooms. Even though it was not busy we felt a bit rushed. Since they close at 9 & we just finished our dinner at 8:30. Probably never go back. Even though the food was really good.

My son and I were feeling the need to be on the water for lunch last week so we picked this restaurant on the Peace River. I had never been there before but my son had when it was formerly Bennedettos. We sat outside even though it was toasty. There was a gentle breeze blowing and they had a guitar player there. The table behind us spotted a dolphin, but we missed it. So the atmosphere was great. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the Philly Steak sandwich was overloaded with cheese sauce and the tater tots were not as good as the ones we've had at Ruby Tuesday's. My cobb salad was terrific but they only give you one small container of dressing and the salad is so deep, you really need two. But asking for a second one gave me a resting period to be able to finish off the salad. The lettuce was fresh, clean and crisp. The chicken was grilled to pefection. I would definitely order that again. We didn't look at the sushi menu because we are not fans but we have heard it is good. For travelers, the restaurant is connected to a hotel.Thank you for your review and 4-star rating. We appreciate your kind words and happy you enjoyed your visit with us. Please come again soon. Maybe next time you will be the one to spot the dolphin!KristineDirector of Marketing

My husband and I had the large peeled shrimp bucket, I had the small c. salad, and he had the crab salad sandwich. All was outstanding. A lot of shrimp/cleaned nicely, and had good flavor, best we have had so far. My salad was very good, and his crab sandwich was filling and very good. We had no complaints on the meal or the service. It was not crowded in the afternoon and we can't wait to go back and get more shrimp. It is a large building with a nice view of boats and the bridge, nice sitting outside.

First of all we didn't order off the menu, per se. We had a couple sampler platters for our small group, but everything we had was food that could be ordered individually or as part of the many combos available on the menu. We opened up with a cup of gator gumbo and it was superb, thick, with a nutty roux. Then came the incredible platters with fried and steamed shrimp, clams (cooked perfectly) succulent, salty steamed oysters, gently fried rock lobster, fried and blackened snapper and fried mullet. Personally, I loved everything but the mullet. It's often a featured item on the menu but General Manager Jerry Collins said they're happy to let customers try a sample piece before they decide on ordering a full plate or an "all-you-can-eat" special. The restaurant specializes in blue crabs, but crabs were unavailable during our visit (not due to any fault of the restaurant). We didn't miss them. If you are a seafood nut, give this place a try when near Punta Gorda.

Closed Sundays in summer? Or July? Not sure. We drove from North Fort Myers to Punta Gorda for dinner on Sunday. The phone answering machine does not inform you of this. Doesnât say anything. Donât go Sundays till âin-seasonâ? Clarify before you go. Just advice. Their website does not clarify this either.
