Went for lunch with our 4 year old after taking the kiddie train ride in the park, just 10 mins walk from it. This is a lovely place. Great for kids as there is a playground included in the premises. The atmosphere is very relaxing, near the road but very green. Food is yummy too.

Elea was recommended to us by a local, and it did not disappoint. Three of us went for lunch and ordered a variety of dishes, and all of them were superb. The service could not have been friendlier or more attentive. Some reviews suggest Elea is on the expensive side, but it is a total bargain by American standards -- we ordered a lot of food, probably enough for a party twice our size, and it came to less than $40, including drinks. Elea is also just steps from the Small Basilica and museum; both the restaurant and Basilica are worth a visit if you are in Plovdiv!

Amazing place to go for fresh, Mediterranean food and most notable, the seafood. Endless menu with every choice possible all priced reasonably. Quality is amazing, whilst the service is fast, polite and efficient. Beautiful tropical vibe interior with a beautiful view on the terrace outside. I love the fish tanks, along with the parots that talk! Beautiful place to go.

Itâs a pity, that this restaurant isnât known in Plovdiv. Very good food, professional staff, competent and polite. The menu is with a lot of options, but few of them are available. The interior is quite outdated. They offer good italian wine on reasonable prices.

I visited this restaurant twice during my brief trip to Plovdiv, and it managed to achieve something few other upscale restaurants do: consistently high quality food and service. Every bite was delicious -- and, often I find the dessert to be where fine dining restaurants fail to deliver, but instead the food was consistent all the way through. As well, the staff was very attentive, and made the experience all the better.

Fine dinining restaurant
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our evening meal here recently. Staff were friendly and attentive - we ate their speciality beef hamburger, with salad and accompanying chips. Our half bottle of local red wine was delicious. A great way to celebrate our last night of our tour of Plovdiv and Sofia.
