You will not bet a cent judjing this restaurant from the outside located in the "middle of nowhere".If you are looking for a refined and sophisticated cuisine, La Valle is the right place. You will taste traditional plates totally rewieved in their flavour and above all on their presentation.A couple of things to be prepared:1) It's very expensive. The price can be also very high due to the wine you chose as the offer in terms of variety is terrific2) Better in couple than group; I tried both and the service is significantly different especially in group; since you have to wait until anyone is served before starting, the food is most of the time not so properly warm as it should be3) Don't ask for caffeine free coffee...I've been told two times "Sorry, we went run of it"

Short menu around 5-6 starters, 5-6 pasta, 5-6 main course. I travel a lot for business reasons and I use to go to many different restaurants (type of food and countries). This one is a hidden gem as location. Is an original old building of this area and the view is unforgettable. Even inside the atmosphere of the restaurant is really warm and well decorated. The service is impressive... Just perfect. Also all dishes looks beautiful and well prepared. Wine list full of good wines, some famous, other proposals les usual that I know as very good. Now. All this need to make my experience fantastic, but it was not. I like try new things and be surprised by raw material elaborated and cooking experiments, but in this case everything is like this. I see this as a clear choice of style, but I see this not as a natural attitudes but as a need to be something different from other restaurants. At the end this was too pushed ahead for me compared with a location fantastic but that is not a modern art gallery. Menu is most of the time not understandable: creativity of the names is good but don't need to be pushed at that level, but is just one advise following my opinion.Black Cod is perfect, except the quinoa chips: at this time was not well prepared and tasted a bit burned. Not too much, but ruined the balance of the dish. The other was a vegan starter... Well cooked but nothing special.Liquid Ravioli is an interesting dish but the feeling at the end is that is not complete. The different raw material are not combined with a common taste. Probably has to be much creamy and need cream need to be more tasty to keep all things together.Green rice has been a fantastic experience: this is a perfect dish in terms of combination of flavors and taste... as also the others need to be.Tarte Tatin is really an interesting dessert but to get the perfect balance need to have more ice cream in order to recall better the hot-cold experience famous of the original receipt. At the end this place can be a 5 stars restaurant... but is not a Pizzeria and menu is not huge so they have to review something to improve. This time I was not fully satisfied but I'll came back. I'm sure they will catch the opportunity to thinks about specific experience and review. Is not a matter of personal ideas but is all about customers experiences...Dear guest,of course personal tastes are not questionable and my personal experience brought me to try several types of cuisine too but Italy has the chance to have such a great Kitchen proposal! What I absolutely want to offer to Cascina Lautier is an Italian cuisine "revisited and original" without excesses and without losing real flavors.Too much creams and condiments can irredeemably ruin plates. We like genuine flavors not disguised. And, until now, our customers have always appreciated it.We hope to see you again but, certainly, you'll find always this "philosophy".Bye.Claudia

We recently visited Giudice for dinner with a friend who was visiting from the States. We had wanted to check it out because it's located very close to our home. My husband made reservations for my friend and I, however after the reservations were made, we convinced him to join us. When we arrived and said it would be 3 instead of 2 the host seemed to be irritated and got an attitude. After finding a table for us (it was not an overly crowded evening), it took awhile before we were waited on. The place is pretty standard. Nothing special about the decor or atmosphere. In fact it felt like the place wasn't completed ready for customers. The layout was a bit odd. The service was okay, but not at all friendly or welcoming. The food was okay. Not memorable in any way, certainly not up to the standards of so many other area establishments. I'm being generous with the Average rating. We may or may not go back. I kind of want to give them a second chance - perhaps they were having a bad night. But with so many other places available, I doubt that we will take the time to visit again - even though we drive by everytime we leave our villa.

Minimalist elegant interior, friendly service, wonderful dishes with brilliant presentations.Try the "traditional menu" or select from the menu. The choice is kind of limited, but each dish is special, well presented.I have advised the chef to increased a tad the salt, but I am sure many would not agree with me.I will go back soon.Grazie per averci scelto e per averci recensito signor Felipe. Ogni critica per noi è importante perché il risultato finale lo stabilisce sempre il cliente. Speriamo di poterla riavere come ospite. Saluti da tutto lo staff

L' Escalier opened in 2002 and it's a "pizzeria-restaurant" where you can savour the purest taste of the Italian cuisine surrounded by a stylish environment that is a real reference in restaurant design. L'Escalier is in Pecetto, on the hills behind Turin
L'escalier is a lovely pizzeria and ristorante in the heart of little Pecetto Torinese. Open for lunch and dinner; reservation recommended for dinner. Great menu, all sorts of items to choose from, they do the best GF pizza we've had so far in Italy (but only for dinner; if you want GF pizza for lunch to need to call ahead so they have time to fire up the oven). Service very good, prices very reasonable. The other day I left my prescription sunglasses there, realized it after I had left town...I called and they had them waiting for me to pick up a week later. These are the loveliest people--Grazie!!

Not being that accustomed to real Italian food I was lucky enough to visit this gorgeous little restaurant whilst away with work. All I can say is that every mouthful was incredible and I only wish there was a restaurant like this in England!

EXPENSIVE.....Although it was the best fried pizza I have eaten,( Calzone Fritto ).....all other food ordered was nice too, but 12 euros for a focaccia with crudo and burratina was expensive. Also 11 Euros for a plate of penne with tomato and mozzarella sauce was way too expensive. No charge for the "cover" but with the restaurant prices they are more than covered for not adding that fee onto the bill. The first time also that I have ever had to wait 15minutes for a cashier to arrive and pay the bill.

We've eaten here now three times, and each time everything has been top notch. Very fresh piedmontese ingredients with a bit of a twist (not every day you find fresh coriander in Piedmonte). You can sense the love and curiosity towards cooking. We've sampled both seafood and meat and this restaurant can truly deliver both. Stylish, cosy interior and good service. Owner speaks good English. My only wish is that they would start serving lunch menus during the week and the wine list still needs little work...
