Pegeia (also spelt Peyia; Greek: Πέγεια) is a town in the Paphos District of Cyprus. Pegeia is situated mainly on the steep slopes of the coastal hills inland from Coral Bay, at the southern end of the Akamas Peninsula, and it lies 14 km north of Paphos. It has a large population of British ex-pats and a growing number of holiday homes and apartments. In the town centre can be found a town hall, church, police station and several small shops, restaurants and banks. Due to its hillside location many parts of the town offer views over Coral Bay and Paphos.

Caravelle is open 7 days a week from 10am until late. Serving drinks, snacks, desserts, beverages and exquisite meals with a Mediterranean flare including salads, fish & seafood, pasta, chicken and steak (fillet/rib-eye). We are situated in an area with p
A pity that the restaurant is more conveniently located for the people staying in the hotels surrounding the location, and not closer to a bigger city, so it could be reachable by more people. Very warm and nice staff, they attended me very fast and served very good seafood. I even got dessert for free just out of kindness.

Popped in one evening as didn't fancy cooking, not sure what to expect, but pleasantly surprised, lovely white fresh fish and wonderfully thin and crispy batter (non of that horrible stodgy that you get some places), also ordered mushy peas, yum!

Went here for a special occasion. Had calamari and octopus to start (portion of each) and then chose a freshly caught fish from the chiller. It was all delicious! Washed down with 2 bottles of rose and everything was wonderful until we got the bill. Our fresh whole fish was â¬54 on its own! Total bill was well over â¬100 for the two of us, and we weren't even offered a complimentary brandy. However, all that said, it was a wonderful meal, and we will return, but just be more careful what we order.

The chef, Yiannis, is a master! Wonderful, imaginative dishes, superbly cooked. The fish is excellent - for example, starter Troodos trout, main course sea bream, grilled octopus or, if available, fresh tuna. The kleftiko is also an excellent choice from a wide range of dishes. Panikos sees that everything runs smoothly, his staff being efficient and friendly. This restaurant is also ideal for wedding receptions and has been on our favourites list for several years. It's also easily accessible by bus, our preferred transport to dinner! Highly recommended.

A romantic restaurant serving proper Mediterranean food. Great service, ambience and atmosphere. Ideal for a relaxed lunch, afternoon tea or al fresco dinner
We visit quite often, in fact most recently Tuesday 24 th we took our visitors & really enjoyed our meals. I phoned this morning to book Sunday lunch & was told quite abruptly that bookings are not taken after Saturday however we could book but for the A la cartel or for next Sunday lunch. I did explain that our visitors would not be here then but this made no difference. When advertising the Sunday lunch there is no mention of a cut off time for bookings.HOW TO ENCOURAGE CUSTOMERS ???You cannot eat for 9.99 and the next step you write a review on Tripadvisor? Maybe your response is unexpected and childish. For all offers there are terms and conditions. If you want something for a discount you have to follow the terms like all the other customers. Or you can always choose to pay the full price. Reflect on that

Tsiakkas Taverna is in one of the most magnificent locations on the island. The Taverna is a family run business, running for over 35 years. Our quality is down to our experience, which gives you the chance to try homemade fresh food. The original taste o
Walked down as was local to our hotel. Nice welcome that was where it stopped. Main meal okay, bread delivered as after thought after mains delivered, one waiter we believe Russian certainly not interested in clients other than his nationality. Not the first time we have encountered this in Cyprus and itâs a sad reflection on the Cypriot hospitality. Not offered deserts after waiting for sometime asked for bill, no thank you drinks as offered to other tables. To many places to eat around Paphos so give this a miss.

Situated on the beach next to the coral bay hotel.
This beach establishment is much more super-fast food canteen than restaurant, the plates are continually crammed onto tiny tables no matter what stage of the meal you happen to have reached.Itâs cheap, itâs fast, the food is edible and the wine drinkable......all very functional and practical, just not much of a dining experience

Spent quite a few memorable nights (and a few Party nights I canât remember !,,) here over the past couple of weeks. Owners are simply lovely - great hosts.. this is a beautiful traditional taverna and the food is foodie heaven. If you are visiting Coral Bay youâd be crazy not to visit - only donât go near the end of your holiday otherwise youâll kick yourself you missed out on this place!!!!

Highly recommanded, great, fresh and tasty food. All was really good.Large dishes, a clean place. Eat just fish, the burger wasn't so good. The code dish was perfect.
