We were met at reception area by the duty manager Gus Wid who was exceptional and very helpfu! The foyer area at Bvlgari Hotel is minimalistically decorated- very beautiful and during the day would be spectacular! The buggy ride down to Sangbar Restaurant was breathtaking! Sangbar Restaurant was faultless! Food great, service fantastic, atmosphere spot on! Would loved to have returned to view their Villas the following day as Gus Wid offered to show us around, however time did not allow us to do so! Next time we would love to visit again.

My wife and I visited Dava for dinner while staying at Ayana Resort and Spa. The restaurant itself is gorgeous, and the staff treated us very well. Widi and Frans were both incredibly friendly and the service they provided was first class. My wife and I each ordered the U.S. Beef sirloin, both of which were cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. Towards the end of dinner we mentioned we were on our honeymoon and before we left they brought us a card with a nice handwritten note that was signed by all of the staff, which was a very nice touch to end the night. We took up the Sunday all you can eat buffet of Dim Sum. It was very good but I have had better. The service was amazing and the venue is lovely. At the end of the meal after payment a TripAdvisor card is handed to you and strongly encouraged to review. This is a great roof-top (almost) restaurant with great views all around. The hibiscus margaritas went down really well and were just the trick to cool us down after a hot summer day. The food was really good and the service was attentive.

We visited the restaurant to have a drink and watch the sunset which was spectacular. Perfect spot to watch the sun go down. I had read on other reviews about problems with service but we had the opposite experience. Very attentive and friendly staff. There is a minimum spend per person of IDR 250,000 each so we also ordered some food. The duck and hoisin rolls and the calamari were both very good. The chicken dish was okay but not worth the money. We had asked for no garlic and the chicken was covered in it. We expected more from the meal for the price with the mains being IDR 250,000 upwards but overall we paid for an experience and got what we wanted. I would definitely recommend it for sunset drinks and starters.

Their CEVICHE (entree) is so far the BEST my boyfriend and I have ever tried around South East Asia Not over flavoring, but letting you feel the taste of the fish (although I personally think adding some avocado would be a better combo)! You must try their fried sushi (the Monkey one!) It is a very GREAT combination (explosion of flavor!!!) Stuffs are very kindly and helpful at the beginning of the meal, they do have some peanuts with fried garlic (I LOVE them! It's a great start of the meal with some beer) Also they do serve you miso soup at the end of the meal (warmer your heart and stomachâ¤ï¸) p.s. if you wanna take a break from those Western dishes, give a try here AND TRY THEIR CEVICHEEE

Place was packed when we arrived, the waiters managed to squeeze us in thankfully, I ordered the vegetarian tacos which where exceptional. Black bean and tempe is a surprising hut good combination. My partner ordered the fish burger and the fish tasted so fresh. Would recommend.
