My friends want to have some fresh salmon sushi as our dinner and this restaurant has 50% promotion on Wednesday so we chose this place for our meeting. Yes the salmon was fresh and without any foul smell. Yes they all tasted terrific. But the price was quite high considering its portion. We barely felt full so we had to find another place to fulfil our stomach. Will I go back to this place again ? Maybe or maybe not.
We love this river view Thai restaurant for three reasons. First it has a good location on the Chaophraya riverside with good river view and bridge. Second its food is tasty and fresh for its grilled river prawn, fish and many other Thai cuisine. Third the restaurant has a pleasant ambience with spacious, clean, and Thai vintage style.

Seafood Restaurant for shrimp lovers with new style of eating. The ingredients and spice are all imported. Also have imported crab and lobster from the United States including large New Zealand mussels are provided for seafood lovers as well.
We visited here as it was recently recommended,we were a bit worried as when we arrived we were the only customer. It soon filled up. The staff was friendly and efficient, bought our drinks quickly. The menu was clearly laid out and we ordered a bag each of the seafood. One had the lemon pepper sauce and the other had the "signature" sauce. We all agreed the lemon pepper was much better. The signature sauce was very oily- see the photo. The ribs were juicy and soft and chicken wings also. I would suggest more potato in the bag as they were the best part. I checked and the staff said no MSG is used in the cooking so that's good. Our group also suggested that the bibs given should be paper and not plastic- better for the environment.Overall we would go back just to have something different than Italian/Japanese/shabu.

I ordered a couple of dishes, then ordered another as the menu said "small" medium and large - and I was taking it in the "small" size. It was only like $10/ plate, so I thought I was getting small portions!@MISTAKE!The fried rice plate, which was full of seafood and all sorts of yummy stuff, was enough as a meal for at least two people, and when the other food came, well - I should have invited at least 3 hungry friends. The restaurant was quite empty (it was early evening) so I had 3 waitresses (maybe 4) sanding and watching me eat in close proximity, and although it was a bit weird, it was only to make sure there was nothing dirty in my way or to attend to my every whim (typical Thai I suppose) BUT, maybe it was anticipation and wanting to see what this oversized westerner was going to do to the mountain of food! The food was excellent, really tasty and well made. Sevice was exemplary and certainly one of the best I had attended in Bangkok! If you stay at the novotel impact, do yourself a fovour and walk across the road and spend some time here!

The dining concept is huge on nostalgia, charm and grace. The banquet hall is exactly that...a Hall.... spacious enough to host a signature banquet AND ballroom event at the same time!Decor and ambiance is fantastic, bringing you happily to yesterday once more. The setting is incredible. The banquet hall spills into the courtyard which overlooks the river. A fort-like structure extends from the hotel annex. Landscaped gardens fringes a pond of carps and a mermaid sculpture. The vast boardwalk deck boasts a dining area stilted over the river. Al fresco at its best.Don't miss dining here. You don't want to have THAT kind of regret.Beyond a good culinary experience, stroll the grounds and surrounds. If you don't, you'll probably end up kicking yourself. This outlet is also known as Buddy Oriental Riverside Pakkred.
