2回目の利用です。お料理の味はもちろん、繊細なプレゼンテーションや器の彩り、お酒のラインナップ、静かにBGMで流れる音楽、スタッフの方の気遣いなど、どれを取っても素敵の一言。おかげでメンバー同士の話も弾み、それと同時にお料理も心から堪能できました。私はシソとチーズをサーモンで巻いて揚げた一皿が良かったです。またぜひ行きたいです。

Mr and Mrs Nakamura opened this 6 seater shop 32 years ago. They specialise in grilled mackerel. The fish was large and fat. Very tasty. The best grilled mackerel we've had. They were very kind to us as we went there thinking that they were open for dinner. We had a very special treat. They are usually open from 1200 to 1500 h.

Went there for dinner. Their special kaisen don was very fresh and delicious. Unfortunately the staff was not that welcoming.

ここのお寿司はすごくおいしかったです！地元の人（親戚）も、ここが一番とおっしゃってました。並を頼みましたが、十分価値ありの地の物満載でした。今度はぜひ上を頼んでみたいです。I'm writing this review in English, because I want to introduce Obama City (happened to be the same as the former president of USA even in their spelling!) to foreign tourists more, where became my another hometown after marriage. Obama has very precious temples accommodating fine buddha images. When we see them at temples in Kyoto, they are all hidden and cannot be observed in the details, but here in Obama, you can see them closer. The face look very different from your view points. Also you can occupy all the precious moment by yourselves! Only very few tourists even in the busy season. That's something I love about Obama City.Anyways, the restaurant is located in the residential area, a bit fart from the central city area. They have set menus of Nigiri (regular sushi that you imagine) according to different grades of the fish. We ordered 'average' for 12 pieces for 2000 yen. The fish is very fresh, and everything comes directly from the Japan sea, sitting next to the restaurant. The sushi may not look too fancy in presentation wise, compared to ones in Tokyo, say, but they are all very tasty and local! They also have 'supreme' for 12 pieces for 3000 yen, and it seems better, of course. I would recommend you to order this 'supreme' if you really want to try good one. You can also ask for 'chef's recommendation' from 5 pieces. (The price varies) They also have a la carte, but all written in Japanese unfortunately.However, I strongly recommend this sushi restaurant. I'm a sushi lover, and this restaurant is one of the best that I've had ever!

若狭フィッシャーマンズ・ワーフ内で、おススメはテイクアウト寿司コーナーの「とれとれ寿司」。地魚を使ったお寿司や刺身、若狭名産の焼き鯖寿司等がお手ごろ価格で販売されています。その場で食べられるようにテーブルと椅子も用意されていて、お味噌汁がサービスでいただけます。（1人1杯まで）焼きサバ寿司を頂きました。脂が乗っていてとっても美味しかったです。大葉と生姜がピリッとアクセントになってます。
