Hurricane's Grill Top Ryde is located in the outdoor precinct 'La Piazza' in the Top Ryde City Shopping complex. A modern contemporary steakhouse serving Hurricane's signature dishes. Succulent juicy steaks and tasty pork, lamb and beef ribs, Portuguese c
The food itself was very tasty. Garlic prawns, beautiful. Pork ribs tender and juicy. However, a bit on the expensive side. If you wanted anything green you had to order a side salad @ $24!It was very noisy, conversation was difficult. Service was fast, so fast I was still eating entree when the ribs arrived! Felt like a short order restaurant where getting as many people in and out was the order of the day.

Due to contractual dispute with our landlords and severe building defects Whitefire Grill was forced to close its doors Our sincere apologies to all of our customers
Very tender S&P calamari starter and generous and tender pulled lamb and mash main. Other half enjoyed her scallop and prawn gnocchi main but felt her arancini entree would have been nicer if it was beef mince rather than mushroom. Enough wines by the glass for our liking and at typical prices. Good range of desserts.

Basils Seafood Restaurant offers a variety of tempting dishes and exceptional hospitality in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
We came for dinner and totally enjoyed the experience. We had salt and pepper squid for entree, salad and bread and a complimentary hors dâoevre. For mains we had the John Dory and snapper fillets which were beautifully cooked and for dessert we had white chocolate pannacotta and warm chocolate pudding. Really yummy dessert choices. It has been a long time between meals at Basils but it did not disappoint- the old style service was excellent - a shout out to Alex and the other waiter whose name we didnât catch. Old style music and we could hear ourselves talking.Decor is a bit dated but it doesnât matter as the food was so good . Plenty of parking and itâs a lovely surprise in suburbia. We will definitely be back. Totally recommend for the seafood experience.
