Came here with my parents for a band performance on 11/24/17. The Bartender was great! He was attentive and professional. We started off with a few Appetizers, Steamed clams in garlic sauce and jalapeno poppers which were very good along with our drinks. For our entrees my dad had the chicken cordon bleu sandwich which he said was very delicious, my mom had a cheeseburger, she enjoyed it. I had the Prime Rib, everything was excellent including the vegetables and the crispy fries. This is a nice establishment and definitely will return. Highly Recommended!

Crab bisque never disappoints! Baked brie appetizer to share was a nice presentation and stacked with fresh ingredients. Seared scallops were rich and delicious. This was the first time having those and they were amazing. Crab cakes were a bit on the well done side, but certainly still fine tasting MD cakes. We'll be back again.

I always looked forward to coming here for the creamy crab soup, but this was a terrible experience! Our waitress was rude and I had to go to the bar inside to get us a second round of drinks. We both got the burgers topped with crab and bowls of crab soup. Well, she forgot our crab soup so we had to eat it after our meals. I was soo looking forward to the delicious soup that kept me coming back, but IT WAS TERRIBLE!!! It tasted like they just added milk to the crab dip. Lastly, we get home and were sick as dogs all night, fighting over the bathroom vomiting crab!
In May, 2014 I had the opportunity to visit Buddy's Crab Shack when passing through North Eastin mid-afternoon. The atmosphere is rustic and offers a casual dining experience. We ordered a crab salad and crab cakes. The salad included a generous portion of fresh lump crabmeat on a bed of lettuce with a choice of dressings on the side. The crab cakes were satisfactory but not outstanding. Service was good and prices were about what's expected in a seafood restaurant.

Its some beach chairs with picnic tables also. Family friendly and everyone makes you feel like your family. Our server was very attentive and continuously checked on us. Very friendly and professional. Even the other customers were so friendly. The food was delicious. We ordered the ayce crabs which was $45 they were very delicious and full. They kept them coming too. It also came with ayce juicy delicious fried chicken. This chicken was everything. Very well seasoned and crispy!! Also corn on the cobb and delicious hush puppies as well. It was well worth the $45. My husband had the crab fries also, which we all devoured. Overall a great experience from start to finish. Will definitely go again makes the hour and a half drive from philly seem like nothing. We all left stuffed happy and very satisfied. I have recommended this place to everyone I talked to who wants great crabs or just some down right good food.

We were just here Labor Day weekend. I think their crabs are excellent at a very fair price. if you follow their facebook page they have occaisional specials...sometimes even $1 crabs! We also are a big fan of their peel and eat shrimp. Delicious!

My husband and I ate breakfast one morning at Pier One. The restaurant is a local favorite and the hostess was very friendly. My husband had the breakfast special and it was plentiful and very good. I had the spinach omelette and it was delicious. Service was good for a busy Saturday morning. Food was reasonably priced. Pier One is not fancy or high-end, but it is a great place to get breakfast in North East.

Visited on a Monday night, not very crowded in the dining room, which made for outstanding service. Our waiter, was informative, but not at all pushy. I had the Cajun seared scallops for appetizer, filet tips and seafood au poivre for dinner, while my husband had the cream of crab soup, and the filet mignon meatloaf for dinner. Dessert was bananas foster...everything, simply everything was served hot, tasted fresh and cooked to perfection. This was our fourth visit to Steak & Main, and certainly will not be our last. Well done, waiter and chef!

Don't miss Woody's crabhouse in Northeast Maryland for some of the best hard shells on the east coast. My sister and I drive down every summer. Today we had jumbos and large crabs with side salads and sweet potato fries. So good. But be early..or you will have to wait!

Made a reservation for a Saturday night birthday dinner. The restaurant is quaint, looks like a house from the outside. There are about 6 tables on the front porch area, a patio area with seating out back and a small dining area inside. This restaurant is not traditional - as in there is no wait staff to take your order or refill your drinks. You have to go up to the counter to order, there was a line the entire time we were eating, at times stretching right past our table. To start, I had the layered soup - crab bisque over tomato basil - it was SO good...the highlight of the meal. I ordered the surf and turf entree with the shrimp skewers and filet. The meal included 2 sides - I went with the fries and side salad. The food was good, but I would go with the crab cakes (no filler!) next time - thatâs what my husband had and they were very good. To finish the meal, we had their homemade ice cream - the cookies and cream was phenomenal! Once you place your order at the counter, you get your drinks and go to your table with a number and they bring out the food and clear dishes when you finish. They donât refill your sodas for you, but they will bring additional beer or cocktails if you ask. Our reservation was for 6:00 and the dinner crowd really increased during our time there, probably peaking around 7:00 (we ended up donating our 2 extra chairs to 2 other groups). There is a soda machine to get your own refills, and they offer bottled beers and some cocktails (Orange Crush). Overall it was a pleasant experience, but it is a bit pricey (for my husband and myself it was around $75, excluding the ice cream)
