Popped in for lunch and enjoyed fresh sardines, lovely white Rioja overlooking the sea. Service was friendly and welcoming view was superb, wine was top notch and the fish was fresh and tasty. The only down side was the number of flies buzzing around and landing on the food which did get annoying after a while. Food drink and view 5/5.

Whether your perched at the bar enjoying the fantastic local tapas or eating a la carte in the restaurant. This has become one of our favourite places to eat. Try one of their specials the seafood rice soup it was just stunning. Fabulous selection of wines and brilliant friendly service

We like seafood and were quite excited by the prospect of a fish restaurant in Mojacar. We expected it to be on the pricey side and it was, but 12⬠for a small bowl of clams was a bit too much. Same price for pulpo a la gallega, which would have been fine if it was good, but it wasnât. Normally this is small pieces of Octopus served on individual pieces of mashed potato. This was wafer thin bits arranged round the plate with a few sauté potatoes in the middle. Also two of the three things we initially asked for were not available, and we got the impression that the waiter was trying to upsell on everything. His unsolicited recommendation for a bottle of wine was 34â¬, which needless to say we didnât take up. A nice bottle of Ramon Bilbao was a reasonable 14â¬. The surroundings are nice and we may go back, but it is certainly at the very top end of pricing in Mojacar so the quality will have to match.Now you would think a new restaurant on a cold March night would bend over backwards to welcome customers. As we left three members of staff were standing round the bar talking to each other, and not one acknowledged us or said thank you or goodbye. We had spent quite a lot of money (we had other dishes as well as those mentioned above) and were left feeling deflated.
