It is the location of Mineral Bluff Depot, listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

We found this place on our drive into Murphy-NC. Took a chance and stopped in. The service was great, and the food was even better. The ribs were my favorite. The salad bar was so fresh and loaded with options. The had daily special which included roast beef with gravy that fell apart it was so tender.

Burgers were the best! Big assortment! Well prepared and served with a nice choice of sides. Nice little town. Take note no liquor sales on Sunday!

Lunch today was excellent experience. Our small group of 4 enjoyed the Grouper sandwich special and the catfish. Food was delicious, plentiful and the service was excellent. Our server was friendly and made sure that everything. Was ok with our meal. Peach Cobbler was great choice for dessert.
