This restaurant is located right alongside Highway 30, very near the exit off 65. We arrived mid afternoon and were seated promptly. This restaurant is clean and bright - with lots of windows. Actually the entire experience was very positive. The service was fast and friendly - we were in and out in 40 minutes. The lobster bisque was delicious and who can beat those biscuits!

Fish is great. The chicken wings are pretty good too. We got 2 Shrimp Sandwiches today. They really should be called Po-Boys. It's one of the best things on the menu, but they always act like they don't want to make them. Other than that, it's a good place!

I know what you're thinking, but I love LJS. Stepping into this place was like a step back in time, back to the days when restaurant employees were not trained in what to say or what items to push. All of the staff was very friendly (real friendly, not fake) prices are reasonable and the food was LJS perfect!
