Our cuisine is a "work in progress"... With our chefs never ceasing to search for and experiment, daring to offer dishes with innovative twists. The Wine & Dine Restaurant a la Carte is a hymn to the pleasures of good food, a grand gourmand address quoted
After a couple of days with questionable hotel food, we went to Wine and Dine. An excellent choice - the food was amazing and so was the service. They even drove us back to our hotel because the waiting time for a taxi was too long. Highly recommended!

Traditional Ladino produce is the starting point to creating our signature dishes. Spend your time in a refined atmosphere, either in the company of friends or that of your loved ones. Sit comfortably and dine in an intimate setting!
We visited for lunch and the restaurant offered a small business lunch menu. I like that the restaurant focuses on a small set of dishes rather than a huge variety. We ordered a pasta dish, rabbit, risotto, and roast beef. Our meals were very tasty and fresh. Only the pasta was still a bit hard and some of the decoration looked a bit sad. The tiramisu desert was wonderful and the right size. The service was friendly and helpful and the prices were moderate. I can recommend this place. Dear Thomas B,Thank you very much for your review, we are pleased that you enjoyed your lunch.During the week we offer our guests a business lunch, for a convenient and easy meal.In Italy we serve our pasta "al dente", which means that it still retain some harder texture, if you would prefer it more cooked you should ask for "ben cotta". I would be happy to suit your palate!Thank you again.Best wishes from Campitello.Vladimir and the staff

Tipical cuisine ok Dolomites, with a touch of modernity, Famous wines from all the world. Comfortable reestaurants for all the family, for the children special courses and possibility to play in the new palyground outside.
A beautiful restaurant with extraordinary attention to detail at all levels. We were able to choose where we wanted to sit and even before we ordered, we were greeted with an amazingly beautiful and delicious appetizer, courtesy of the chef. The waiter was very helpful in recommending what to eat, catering to our different tastes. The food was served very fast and presented in a gourmet style, but the portions are enough to satisfy even our 2 teenage sons. Everything was mouthwatering delicious!!!. The ambiance, costumer care, food quality and very reasonable price made this restaurant the top of the list from all the ones around this area. If you are in town, do NOT miss it!!!

Small gourmet restaurant in the old city.
We are talking about a gourmet restaurant, fin dining and interesting meals. The staff is professional and friendly, the atmosphere cozy and soft. After some days spent in Val Di Fassa, El Cianton has been absolutely the best restaurant in this area.Unfortunately they're not flexible with the dinner timing: you can get in to have dinner between 8.30 and 9.30pm. More flexibility would mean the next step to grow.Thank you soo much Topissi. We are proud about a feedback like this!About the opening time: our restaurant open at 8.30pm because before we have to serve the hotel guests. We prefer to be "not flexible" in order to guarantee the best service we can. Thanks for being patient and understanding: hope that the good dinner is what matters and what to remember.Grazie mille!

We had grilled fish, which was very well prepared and elegantly served. The waiter offered to carve the fish for us, which we did not need, but appreciated. The service was rapid, even a bit rushed. Perhaps they planned on seating other guests after us. The dessert, tiramisù with mille-feuille, was a grandiose conclusion.
