Great seafood in a cool bar. We sat out back at the tiki bar. The staff were fun and friendly. We had the colossal shrimp cocktail, which were huge, and a pound of snow crab. We will definitely return. Highly recommend.

Although most of the negative reviews are concerning service, the food and ambience are great. Yes, the servers struggle on a busy Saturday night, but they try hard. I witnessed one server spill a bowl of soup in the kitchen over the clean silverware. Speaking of soup, I never got mine that I ordered but when she realized the error I was sent home with soup. The drinks are great and the seafood was very fresh as were the appetizers. No complaints. Sitting on the upstairs porch is terrific. A very enjoyable evening. Glad we tried it.

I called Ponte Vecchio hoping to make reservations for a small but momentous family celebration that was somewhat last minute. Julie helped me to navigate through the process, arranging for us to bring our champagne to be chilled, ordering a cake for the occasion and making florist suggestions. Upon arrival, we were placed at a table that was in a great location for our 10 member group that included 3 children. The wait staff were all helpful and attentive. The chef, Anthony DiRocco, created amazing appetizers and dinner entrees that were suitable to all present. There were even gluten free selections on the menu, which I was grateful for.The strawberry shortcake that I had arranged for at Julieâs suggestion, was a hit with adults and children.I would highly recommend choosing Ponte Vecchio. I suggest making a reservation as the dining room became very busy for a Wednesday night. And it is Bring your Own- so purchase a nice bottle or red (or white) or maybe champagne, and enjoy.

We invited our friends and father-in-law to dinner. The atmosphere is old school but very pleasant. Our waitress was prompt to take our order for drinks and appetizers. The seafood rolls were simply outstanding. Just enough heat to complement the avocado and spices. The main dishes including the seafood in tomato over linguini was so delicious. My wife ordered the chorizo and bean dish was great except for the stale chips. Other great dishes included red snapper and stuffed flounder. The desserts were great as well. We ordered the cheese cake and rice pudding. All in all, it was a great evening to enjoy a meal with family and friends.

Two couples for dinner. Atmosphere is pleasant and service was good. One couple split a paella and said it was good but not great. I has a pork chop with chariso. Tasted good but was served in a puddle of oil. My wife had grouper which was good. Desserts was poor. I had an amaretto / lady finger thing with almonds. Could not find the amaretto and the lady fingers were all soggy - not too tasty as well.

So each visit is exciting. The seating is always cozy. The byob option really appeals to all here. Food is diverse but appropriate seasonally & otherwise. Have had nothing but excellent meals.. Try the Creole selection. Bam!!
