The nearest shack to our hotel. Unfortunately just too much hassle. Approached by beach vendor while eating lunch who wouldnât take no for an answer then repeatedly hassled to buy stuff by one of the waiters. Most people canât be bothered to walk the 100 metres to Antonioâs Beach Shack - quieter, friendlier and no hassle! Stop the hassle and this would be good too!

This must be among the few places where Iâve seen such an elaborate menu for Indian main course dishes. Superb choice and great taste which gets better with efficient service and thoughtfulness. For dinner the adults got knives in the cutlery and the kid got a table knife which speaks volumes of the lady of the house who makes it a point to give attention to all the tables. Beautiful setting in a garden ambiance. Must do ! And yes, they also have a bar !!

We had a great evening dining by the beach soaking the moonlight! This humble beach shack had amazing sea food, prompt service and made seating arrangement on the beach with small tents which made the ambience very romantic! They serve fresh menu and have a very friendly staff! Drop in from some mouthwatering sea food and chilled beer right on the beach!

This place is bang on the beach and huge and you can feel the sand on the floor. Food is competent although the fresh seafood slightly expensive. They charged 2600 for a full red snapper and suggested to do it tandoori style, which was great. However the lobster in butter garlic was neither fresh nor tasted good. the other seafood was competent but the pork in the chilly fry had too much fat. the local beer, eight finger eddie, was nice. service was prompt

What a wonderful place to eat good food drink a cold beer whilst looking out onto the Arabian Sea. Friendly hospitality with no rush or hassle. The chicken kolhapuri curry was the best Iâve tasted. Beautiful rustic shack to relax and enjoy.

Quick service, good food especially the vegetarian dishes. Occasional live music. Prices are good. Maybe lacks some atmosphere @ tables very close together but still a good place to eat.

The food is here is excellent and so are the people. Absolutely beautiful food. The fry beef was awesome. I tried the manchow soup which was lovely. But the best was their caramel custard. I could not stop having that, portion one after the other. Don't ever miss that if you are here. Hello! Thank you for the wonderful review :) We are truly delighted to know that you had a lovely time with us at Pentagon. On your next visit do try our FAMOUS Tender Coconut Pudding and Serradura. Looking forward to host you. Team Pentagon.

we spent every day of our 2 week holiday at Sams shack and had a great time. food and drink plentiful however menu a bit limited we queried why there were no biryanis on the menu and were told we could have one just ask for it.We tended to eat indian food for lunch and everything was excellent , we had dinner once and there was a fantastic atmosphere - we wished we had gone back for dinner more.Prices were all very reasonable

We used Mish Mar beach shack virtually every day of our 2 month stay in Goa because the food, service & friendship are second to none. Camillo, mine host, speaks excellent English & has a wicked sense of humour, but is constantly watching to make sure his guests are well catered for. The staff, most of whom have been at the shack for many years, cannot do enough for you. What is great about visiting Mish Mar is that we meet up with friends we have made over the years, some of whom have been coming to Goa & this shack for 25 years or more.People would not keep returning if it was not one of the best places to eat & enjoy the beach life. Thank you Camillo & staff for yet another fabulous holiday.
