A comfort and warming seafood bar where you can enjoy 6 oysters for the "apero" or have a complete meal with lobsters or fresh fishes.
We stumbled across this delightful restaurant around the corner from our Airbnb in Lille. It was late and we wanted a quiet restaurant near our apartment. Les Petits Poissons did not disappoint! This charming restaurant serves a great selection of seafood tapas. The lovely owner went through the menu with us, as it was in French and our French is limited to social greetings. She was inviting and it was clear that she has a passion for what she does. This translates into the food. We ordered several different tapas and they were all excellent. The wine was delicious and so were the desserts. We had 7 tapas, a bottle of wine plus one extra glass and two desserts for 88 euro. A great bargain for the quality and atmosphere. I would absolutely return and recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Lille who is craving seafood!

Made reservations for Quai38 in advance of our stay in Lille. Did not want to miss this for a wonderful evening with my wife, who is a food snob like myself. We enjoyed the atmosphere and service. The staff makes you feel very welcome. Dishes were original and putting the quality of the food in its power. This tasted like a starry starry night! Bertrand cum suis... thanks for this experience.

Chez Octopus , vous découvrirez une cuisine moderne naturel accès sur la transformation de produit frais et locaux. Vous serez accueillis dans une salle aérée avec un service attentionnée et chaleureux .
We stumbled across Octopus after failing to get a table for lunch at the Sébastopol next door.We had walked from the Beaux-Arts museum which was around half a mile away on foot.We had the set lunch which was â¬28 each for three courses.Escargots to start, lieu noir (pollack) for main course and meringue for dessert. All were excellent with locally sourced vegetables accompanying the starter and main courses. We had a mackerel based amuse bouche prior to our starters and a pleasant bottle of house white wine to drink.Including coffee, we paid â¬40 each. A lovely meal with terrific, helpful service.
