Many, many restaurants on the boardwalk. Many, many cheap eateries but this one is not one of them. The menu is short, service simple and friendly, dishes are very good. A little pricey if you take the dish of the day but well worth the money.Dogs accepted.Don't go if you want a moules & frites.Go if you're after a good French meal with a southern flair and are not too fussy about the choice.

Restaurant traditionnel sur le port st martin au cap d'agde Ouvert de mi avril a fin septembre 7j/7j
We shared prawn tempura as a starter, which were lovely. Cocktails and wine also v good. For the main course we both had the grilled fish special, mine was well cooked and tasty, my friend was less enthusiastic (hence mixed feelings) as her broccoli was cold and there was too much use of balsamic vinegar. The cheese to finish was a huge portion, but the waitress said that it couldn't be served without goats cheese, so that was unfortunately wasted. The location on the port is lovely, however the total cost of our dinner was Parisian. I've seen some reviews that imply that English speakers are not looked after here, this was certainly not the case for us but we do speak French. We'd recommend going here for drinks and tapas.

Delicious fish soup and hot fois gras to start. Excellent, large piece of tuna, perfectly cooked, with delicious veg, chosen from an impressive list of fish. Also wonderful gambas/queenie risotto. The café gourmand to finish was one of the best we have had anywhere! Excellent attentive service complèted a wonderful eating experience..........be sure to book in advance, itâs rightly popular.

My wife and I had a good Dinner in this river-side Restaurant last week.Excellent position overlooking the River and first class old-fashioned and professional service by the owner Arthur and one assistant. The food was OK, (but in our opinion), somewhat 1970/80 style, which may not be of everyone liking! Interesting Wine List.

Excellent value set menus and easy to understand a la carte offerings. Coq au Vin terrine an absolute winner. Great little kids meals perfect for our small one. Staff are friendly and it is a nice location adjacent to the PMU bar but could be a world away.Probably the best place to eat in Grau DâAgde.

Pop up on Vias plage - sitting by sea undercover whilst rained in white weatherboard atmospherically decorated restaurant. Great service and tasty food- I had Brochette of cod with herby mash potatoes. I ate the lot - friend had the duck (still too much meat even though cooked just right compared to veg and potatoes). Pleased we returned.

the restaurant closes its doors on 03/11/2019 and will cover early March We wish you a happy new year and hope to see you again in 2020 Staff cabane du mail
We visited this restaurant in the early part of the season, but it was still reasonably busy. However, the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Our French is pretty limited, but they put up with us and tried very hard with their English. There was no English menu, but we managed to order pizza an pasta OK. The food was very good and served quickly. Our only gripe would be the price. â¬44 for two main courses, a lemonade and half a bottle house red wine. However, the helpfulness and friendliness off the staff made it worth it.

My children (actually adults!) and I had a meal at La Pergola this evening. My French is not good and I ordered the fish trilogy which was squid, octopus and cuttlefish. Now I was expecting something like sea bass which was totally my fault. I simply could not eat anything from the plate in front of me apart from the vegetables. The staff had obviously observed this and after a while one of the waiters came over and insisted that I choose something else from the menu to replace the fish. This was exceptional customer service as we are obviously on holiday and could possibly be back off home without going there again.Full marks to the staff at The Pergola for going well beyond what was expected of them. My starter and dessert were both excellent and the children enjoyed their meals too,

This is a seafood open air eating place which is part of a seafood shop situated in the shopping mall of Rochelongue. Only about 20 tables which are in heavy demand during the main season. We had to book a table 3 days in advance! The whole range of seafood is prepared/cooked to the minute and excellent. The proprietor and his wife are very friendly and efficient. Teeshirts and shorts are recommended, no ties!

We stopped here for dinner one night based on the other TripAdvisor reviews. They weren't overly busy and so were quite friendly. The food was okay, but not quite what we expected based on the reviews. The "house" salad was big and quite tasty. My fish was slightly overcooked, but not enough to cause a fuss and send back especially since the seasoning was good. My husband's fish was perfectly cooked. My husband's dessert was slightly burned, but again not worth the trouble to send back. My dessert was perfect. For what it was, we thought the price was a little high (25 Euros per person for the 3-course menu) and think they must have simply had an "off" night. We would go there again. Portions were generous, and I repeat the staff were really nice. As others have said, the restaurant is a block off the beach but it is no matter. After filling your belly just walk to the beach and enjoy the view! :)
