Very very disappointed, had the full tasting menu , not one course worthy of a Michelin one star, in all this chef has lost the plot. Wine flight excellent.att. Went there for our first lunch in Piedmont. The food was excellent (ravioli stuffed with snails, a local delicacy, another kind of pasta, 2 different pana cottas), and the Barolo of superb quality for a very, very decent price. Add to this a friendly owner, and this was one of our best eating experiences in the region.

I've been in September for my girlfriend's birthday. The atmosphere is intimate and homely altough smart. You can chose to eat outside or inside. The staff is really nice and quick. Food is well-done and the quality of ingredients is quite high. The main courses are the plates I suggest more for the ratio quality/price. The second course is tasty but it is quite small. If you want to try typical "langhe" food it is the place for you.

Apart from the classical pizzas here you can find some local specialities (like the Albeisa with "carne cruda" or the Langarola) and always something new and seasonal like the delicious pizza with peperoni and bagna caoda sauce that I've just had! The Burrata is my all-time temptation!

Had a great lunch here after a Winery tour. The menu covers most of the traditional dishes of the region served in a modern and innovative way and plated to PERFECTION. A wonderful and very interesting experience. They also have a fish menu which is not easy to find around the area. Keep up the good work! ( helpful suggestion.....maybe adding a few more vegetables would be nice)

I got the impression that this restaurant has high ambitions and to serve really nice gourmet food. I do not think they meet this level. The best I had was the grilled meat, the rest was unfortunately a disappointment.

We had a great lunch here. The food was delicious (a touch modern) with superb freshness and execution. The wine list is fabulous! So many gems, so little time. Great views of the vineyards. Friendly service. All around excellent.

The restaurant of Palas Cerequio Barolo Cru Resort is open 6 days out of 7 with an a la carte menu consisting of traditional dishes and some fish disches to meet the likes of everyone's palate. The day of weekly closure change based on the level of busine
Amongst the Michele Chiarlo Vineyards, the flexible to have wine tasting & Antipasti with a Gran Cru Barolo DOCG.., at Sunset, then a table later with traditional Firsts, Secundo, & Prima plata, Desserts, All paired from the Cellars by Knowledgeable Sommelier.. Management on floor during dinner.Probably one of La Morra's best coupling of Piedmontese Red outside d'Alba, especially if desiring a slightly lighter & elegant tannin floral. With local cuisine regionally sourced. In the Palas Ristorante, One example was the beet root risotto sampled.

This place has a Michelin star, and it is a richly deserved star. We had an absolutely fabulous meal, and one that I will remember for some considerable time. The staff were first class, and service was faultless; smooth, efficient, friendly, informative and well-paced. The sommelier was also excellent with her suggestions, and I particularly appreciated the fact that she had time to show us some other bottles that she had and to talk in such an engaging way about some of the wines from the region. Our table of four chose the LâIconico menu. Stand out dish was their take on the traditional vitello tonnato. This was wondrous; a perfect combination of the most fabulous beef, full of flavour and with an immaculate texture, paired with an unctuous, well-balanced sauce. I also adored the agnolotti done in two (very different) ways, one of which was a delightful surprise. The rest of the meal was sublime; itâs been a long time since I have been so uplifted, amazed and delighted by every course in a meal. Surely a second star is on its way.
