After the great reviews, we booked a table at Farina for lunch, on my last day in Krakow. The restaurant was relatively empty, mainly because it was still a bit early. Plus, its location is on a less visible street in old town.The setup inside is elegant, and we sat next to a window on a beautiful sunny day. I ordered the Halibut and a side of potatoes with dill. I thought the fish was nicely cooked, but I would have liked a slightly bigger portion. The potatoes were nicely cooked as well. My friend had the trout and he thoroughly enjoyed it. Itâs definitely a very good fine dining seafood restaurant. Dear Guest, I would like to thank you for your feedback on your experience at Farina. Your opinion is very important. I wanted to write a review about how racist this restaurant was toward me and my family. Of a non European race, we were denied a table while a family of the same size that came in after us got a table. We were told, way before closing time, that there was âno available tableâ. When we asked how long the wait for the next table was, she disdainfully and dismissively said âI donât knowâ. Not even with an addition of âbut we can put you on the list for the next table and let you know when itâs readyâ, etc. Basically DENIED from this restaurant, which was filled with visibly all Polish people. Do NOT support this business.Sorry if you had such an impression. In Urara we mainly host tourists and we do not refuse anyone service. There must have been a misunderstanding. It is true that we often have a lot of traffic and not enough tables. We hope you will give us a chance in the future.

This is a Michelin one-star restaurant, and they have truly earned it! The food is very good, the service excellent, and the prices are not as steep as you might expect for a Michelin rated restaurant. Close by there is another one, but much more expensive and lacking the warmth and attention of Bianca. Splurge!Thank you for these kind words and appreciation. We just want to explain that we don't have a Micheline star and we have alignment in their guide.

Nice italian restaurant, just a few minutes from the main square. It is underground, like a cellar but not bad at all. We had pasta with mushrooms, pasta with salmon and grilled goat cheese. They were amazing, all of them. Nice glass of wine too. But the waitress was a bit indifferent. Never asked us if we want a secong glass of wine, a coffee or a dessert. Meanwhile she was busy asking these exact questions to the table next to us. Anyway we also ordered dessert(tiramisu) which wasn't worth it at all. We had two bottles of still water, tap water, the bottle wasn't sealed and payed 50PLN for those 2 (12 euro!!!). So, except from the waiter and the expensive water this restaurant was a nice touch to our trip. I'd recommend it for its foodDear Xrysafro,we really appreciate that you found the time for leaving your opinion even if we apologise if the service was far from expectations. We try every day to offer the best experience to all of our guests but sometimes it happens that we donât do it. Difficult to find the reasons, just believe us that there are no differences or discrimination doing our service. We apologise of course, hoping youâll understand that it was just a âbadâday of someone of us. Let me say otherwise that you confused the price of the water: our bottles cost 12 zloty per liter, no 12 euro, and we donât use tap water but a very special machine, and very expensive, that filters the water before to be served. Recently the restaurant has returned to Krakow and I must say that it is a successful return. Well-designed, original interior, parking for guests is a big plus because it's hard to find parking spaces in Krakow. Food delicious with super fresh ingredients. Interesting menu, illustrated with photos so everyone has the opportunity to see what his dish will look like. Competent service, able to advise less determined guests. I have very positive feelings.
