Around the corner from where we are staying..walk in and from the onset are made to feel welcome! Suggestion of octopus in wine sauce exceeded any expectation..so tender and flavorful..the fava been side was delightful! Moussaka was one of the best tasted...highlight was meeting the chef and Mamma! Service was warm and efficient! We will be back! Thank you all!

Absolutely loved our visit to Hosteria Dei Cavalieri. The service was fantastic and all staff are extremely friendly and knowledgable. The food was amazing, absolutely beautiful. Restaurant decor and surroundings are amazing. If visiting Rhodes this restaurant should be top of your list.

Love the dishes here, I came 2 times, once for dinner and once for lunch. At last, a Greek restaurant !!!! Been to Greece twice this year and finding a 'proper' Greek restaurant is like finding hens teeth.The food is most excellent, the house wine is delicious and the ambiance is definately Greek. They have a Greek night each week but have not been yet.Not expensive and definitely worth another visit.Ouzo given on arrival and a further apparatif with the bill !!!

Walked here 30 minutes from my hotel and it was definitely worth the journey. The staff are lovely and the food is delicious and exceptionally Greek. We also got free ice cream and the offer of free watermelon at the end of our meal which was very sweet. I recommend the souvlaki and gyros with a big bowl of tzatziki in the middle to share. Both are well priced at around 9 euros for the main and 3 for the tzatziki. They have higher quality options of lobster, fish, prawns, and veal that looked delicious, but a bit out my student price range. Drinks are very well priced and served in chilled glasses which is perfect for a hot summer day. I fully recommend this restaurant.

We ate here twice - the BBQ and the sushi. The BBQ was prepared wonderfully and the different dishes with it were really tasty. It was fun cooking your own meat to your own specifications. The sushi boat was just fabulous. We picked the 24 one and were full afterwards. We ate at about 6.30 pm each night but it does fill up quickly so reservations might not be a bad idea if there is a few of you. They also do a mean Hendricks gin!

My family and I came here for lunch as it was highly rated on TripAdvisor. From booking to finishing our meal the service was excellent. We were not rushed, we had pre informed the restaurant of our dietary requirements and they had GF bread available for my mum and they made a point of mentioning what might be suitable when ordering. We all ordered seafood as our mains, and it was incredible food. 3 of our group had lobster and they came out to show each lobster before being cooked. My dad and I shared a sea bass, which was filleted and deboned in front of us. My sister had a dozen oysters, which whe said was the best lunch shed ever had. It was incredible! We had s table out on the terrace next to the sea. It was perfect! Thank you!

Not maybe the most attractive looking place outside but give the chance to this place and you wont be disappointed! The service was fabilous, specially the owner takes care that you have a memorable evening. You can see and choose the fish yourself they prepare you. It was so fresh and delicious! I have found out this place thanks to Tripadvisor:) and wasn't disappointed. I have had dinners 3 times and tried most of local food.strongly recommend to visit-you will be satisfied! Home environment and the good-natured host is the business card of this cutest place.

Hidden gem! Fantastic local taverna / restaurant in village location. Arranged & pre paid by Eden Roc hotel, Kalithea Rhodes as one of their all inclusive meal options. Although we only had a rustic set menu with the meal consisting of 5 or 6 small plates & oven baked bread, it was freshly cooked, tasty & authenticity Greek.The restaurant is a bit out of the way (we took a cab there) & located in a very narrow cobbled street, which is not sign posted well (unless you understand Greek if course!). Everyone eats outside on wooden bench tables. Local children & families walk past but don't infringe on the ambience. The lone waiter (spoke English & really efficient ) made us feel so welcome & explained each dish... Water is included with this set meal, but it is worth paying the extra â¬9 for a litre of the house wine.Would definitely go back and try dishes from the full main menu, as some of the food being served on the next table looked mouth watering !
