Authentic means eat with your hands. But the fish is fresh and the bread is endless - fresh baked- and great fries. Worth a visit to know the Sudan we all read about in books.

Seated outside, in a landscaped garden with water, you will enjoy this little haven on one of the busiest streets of the posh part of khartoum. Fish is tasty and comes in large platters. Be ready to eat with your (hopefully clean) hands and to interact with the many cats - love cats - who share the garden, under the kind eye of the tolerant waiters.

The first profissional English Fish and Chips shop in Sudan
Go here with a low expectation and you will find this fish&chips okay. It is not what you will get in most places in London. Here the fish was black on both sides (got stuck to the grill) and the wait a bit long, but still within limits.Paid 70 SDG (2.5 USD) for a meal including a soft drink. The ambiance is a big noisy hall (food court) on the third floor of Al Waha mall. Moving staircases were not working.
