We had lunch here a few times. The food was tasty and well presented, and there is a good choice. My only complaint is that there is no draught beer. Staff very friendly

Amazing location off the beaten track. Beach is beautiful and restaurant is a bonus with friendly service & a wonderful view to sit back and enjoy whilst the peacock wanders by. Loved it.

Delicious food served by wonderful owners and staff who work very hard to make sure all their guests are looked after as they dine looking out at a stunning sea view!! We had fresh grilled sardines, greek salad and wine for lunch, delicious! We also ate here a couple of evenings the lamb was so tender served with roast potatoes and veg. A must visit when in Kefalos!!

Agia Stephanos beach, in the beginning of Kefalos is said to be the finest and Taverna Katerina is right behind this beautiful beach. Unlike most beach restaurants, Katerina has tasty good food in a nice atmosphere. We had squid/ kalamari, both fried and grilled. They were both delicious. They come with French fries and salad. Service is efficient. Prices are a little higher than other beach restaurants but the quality is much higher as well.

Beautiful food, friendly staff and amazing views... However, service was incredibly slow, sometimes sat for long periods without even being acknowledged, very long waiting periods even with new customers. We also found it a little pricey when comparing it to other restaurants of equal or better quality.

We are usually not lucky enough to find such a brilliant restaurant on our first day. As we were walking along the sea front - we noticed Michael's fantastic menu and also a sign which said free sunbeds if you eat with them. The food was so good we ate lunch there for 5 days out of 7 and had our final evening meal there.The views over the Sea are second to none, the food is amazing, his meze is unreal and the Chicken Souvlaki is the best I have ever had and I have eaten many!!! What a lovely man Michael is - definitely not to be missed. HOuse Rose is a delight.

Visited this nice friendly taverna this week.Both myself and my wife opted for one of the special daily offers Lamb baked in the oven with the customary rice, chips and veg and a free glass of house wine. The food was very good, it would have scored higher if a little a bit hotter. My wife's dry white was nice and chilled and my dry red excellent served at room temperature.

Beautiful lunch over looking a very quiet beach. Plenty of parking and staff were helpful and friendly. We had a salad, octopus and calamari. All beautiful and filling for a lunch. Came with bread and butter. Would visit again.

We stayed in Kefalos resort but walked up the hill to the village specially to find this restaurant because of the excellent reviews it has been receiving and we were not at all disappointed. The decor is lovely and creates a great atmosphere. We ordered feta saganaki to start which was dressed with a small salad and a sweet drizzle over the cheese. It was a little too sweet for my tasted but was beautifully presented. Village sausage was cooked to perfection and served with a wedge of lemon. My partner had a seafood pasta which was full of huge prawns and assorted seafood in a delicious sauce. I had moussaka which was served with a green leaf salad and tomato with balsamic dressing. Olive bread was given on arrival. Very nice house red wine to accompany meal. I would definitely visit this restaurant again if i return to Kefalos.
