We happened to find this place by accident and it was highly rated so we stopped for lunch. Price fixe lunch had decent choices so we each tried something different. Donât get me wrong- food was good. But for price, I expected more. Drinks were extra.

I have to be brutally honest, especially with my experience working in the hospitality industry.Definitely need to have a refresher training with your waiters on proper sequence of service, I get it that perhaps he is having a bad night or was over sat in his section Blah Blah- really don't want to hear excuses(expect that excuse from somewhere else) after calling our waiter over after 15 minutes when he took our drink order he gave us every excuse in the book- not my problem and then i knew it was going to be downhill from here. We are paying for an amazing overall experience and was hoping for the WOW factor at some point but unfortunately was very disappointed, especially that my Wife told the waiter she did not like her Margarita and he said that he will be back, did not happen so she had to excuse herself to bring her awful drink to the bar and get a new drink...The sad part is we could have spent more money at your establishment ordering dessert at the table etc and also planned on having after dinner drinks outside and as a group decided to spend money elsewhere - and we did !Just a piece of advice - tell your staff if they feel that one of their tables are upset or a little disgruntle to let you know, a visit from the Floor Manager just to ask how our evening was going probably would have been nice(would have never said anything but would have been a good touch to know that your server managed his section), I didn't see any mgr touch a table during our 3 hour dinner - as mentioned(being in the industry) I hate that i am sharing negative feedback - I was expecting so much more from start to finish, not worth my 45 minute commute.Beautiful location and vibe but for me they missed the WOW factor !

I came here for lunch on halloween (which is also my birthday) and was really expecting more. I was actually picking between this spot and Taverna Kycklades in Bayside and decided to go here because it seemed like a similar menu (both are Greek) and this is closer. When we got there, I was a bit shocked. The pictures on their website look and feel much different than what it looked like for us. Realistically speaking, this spot is much more 'casual' dining and maybe that's something I overlooked which is fine. When we got the menus, the food sounded good, and there was also a decent people eating. We started with the Garlic Shrimp because my sister loves Garlicky Lemony Shrimp which is exactly what this dish was. It was still a bit on the bland side but the lemony buttery sauce helped. There were also slices of garlic which was great. (Oh and we also got free pita and tzatziki right after we ordered which was nice)I ordered Octopus as my entree because I've had it at several Greek places and I love the way Greek restaurants make it. With all the great reviews here, I was expecting it to be amazing. My sister ordered the greek sausage lunch special and we were both pretty disappointed. My mediterranean octopus was really bland - but it did have the nice charred taste. Salt and Pepper and Lemon couldn't help it, but the Garlic Shrimp Sauce made a HUGE difference. My sister just didn't love her meal to begin with so it was a bit of a flop. Not sure if we came in with really high expectations given that it had lots of great ratings and reviews, or because we were comparing it to other spots? They do offer lunch specials (like the one my sister got) and even one with Octopus for about $13 which is pretty awesome and I'd suggest doing that. Also, when we gave the server our cc for the check, she forgot she had it? She had a friend who was at the bar - so she was distracted - but don't let stuff like that change how you serve your customers. We had no complaints before that, but the friend came in right when we asked for our check.

We met friends for dinner here Saturday night. The restaurant is comfortable with large booth seating. Itâs beautifully decorated with hanging chandeliers and low lighting. They have a DJ so itâs got a good chic vibe. The menu is smallPlates to share and large dinner plates. We had a mix of both and shared. The highlight is their famous coconut martinis. They are the best!!
