It's cosy and probably the position in the middle of the park makes it a trendy place to go and justify a premium price to eat.Kitchen is very elaborated French/dutch cuisine, wine list is not great and quite expensive value for money.overall not my place

Great Chinese restaurant, perfect and quick service, all you can eat formula for very reasonable price. Very reasonable selection of sushi is available (also in the all you can eat formula ).

After a visit to the adjacent cinema we decided to try Azuma. I myself am not so fond of sushi, however, they have non Japanese dishes too. The restaurant has an all you can eat concept for 25 euros during a maximum of 2,5 hrs. According to my wife, the sushi was good. I tried different other Asian dishes which were good as well. Service was swift and friendly. Major draw-back though is the frying smell throughout the place so when leaving the restaurant we were very happy we didn't have anything else planned and our cloths went into the washing machine straight away upon arriving home. Okay for once but would probably not return.

Was surprised to find a lovely restaurant like 'de Roskam' in the centre of old Houten,a village in the south-east of the province of Utrecht.Difficult to find but the "navigator" brought us there without any problem. The restaurant has parking facilities so you do not have to risk a ticket whenparking on the place in front of the restaurant.Pleasant provincial service and a rather extensive menu which one would notexpect nowadays.

The focus in this restaurant is very much so on the food and the quality of the product. Enjoyed a 3-course meal, and the starter and main course was not entirely to my taste. But nothing to complaint about on quality and presentation. Dessert was top class and rates as one of the best I've had.Only thing preventing top rating is personal preferences and the restaurant itself could need some renovation

have Enjoyed a great evening with the love of my life. The staff is extremely friendly and this place is unique. The 6 course menu Michelin Star level!Although the start was slowly and delayed caused by some big groups arriving late we had a great culinary experience. One tip; do something for your wardrobes, coats are hanging on floor in Toilet area

Opoe Spronk is a lovely little resturant in the old centre of Houten. It is very cosy (or gezellig if you are Dutch), with lots of tables in a small space (perfect for eavesdropping on your neighbors conversations). You can sit outside in the summer, but there are plenty of tables inside, both down and upstairs. If you have small children, I recommend that you sit upstairs as there is a playroom with toys and pencils and paper. The choice of dishes is nothing special, steak, fish, pasta, ribs (I don't think the menu has changed much in the 10 years I have lived in Houten). It is, however, well prepared and the price/ quality is excellent. The service is very friendly and efficient. Opoe Spronk is a great resturant for a casual night out with friends or family.

Iâm not a culinary specialist but it would not surprise me this place gets a Michelin star recommendation soon. The only thing missing is tablecloth and bigger napkins ;-)What should I say more? The staff is very friendly, young and explain correctly whatâs have been served. The food is a bit âtechnicalâ and therefore with several taste surprises. Dishes are creatively and made into perfection. Warming: the building from outside tellâs a different story from whatâs inside. Donât judge too fast.

I stayed here for one night on a business trip and ate in the hotel restaurant.I had schnitzel with a cheese sauce. It was pretty good and a very big portion.... Accompanied by wedges, fries, cabbage and a side salad.nearly too much food! This cost Euro 17.50 which is very good value for a hotel. There were plenty of other choices at similar price and a more expensive steak menu. Service was efficient and friendly. This is not really a restaurant you would travel to due to the location of the hotel but if you are staying here you will get a very nice meal without having to travel anywhere.

Bijzonder restaurant waar het echt het gevoel geeft alsof je bij iemand thuis eet. Super lekker eten waar veel aandacht aan wordt besteed en het iedereen naar z'n zin maakt. Echt geweldig! De moeite waard!
Very nice diner in a great looking reataurant. Former garage, turned into a beautiful restaurant. We ate upstairs where it was very hot... (summer). You may want to make sure you eat outide or downstairs when it's hot. Food was good, not great. Service was great.
