The food was great and the staff was exceptionally friendly! The Fischpfanne was delicious!
Billiger Massenbetrieb! Was will man anderes für die Tagesgäste erwarten?

One of two restaurants on Dune, directly on the beach. Unfortunately they do not have any meal for vegetarians except of one sort of salad. The interior decoration quite disparate but staff is friendly.

During our stay in Helgoland we visited this restaurant on our first night. We liked it so much that we returned there every night. The people are nice and helpfull and there is enough variety on the menu. The food is very good.

This was just what we were looking for - a good simple fish restaurant. No booking on a Sunday evening but they welcomed us. Home made lobster soup and clear fish broth, followed by two different pan-fried fish from the daily list; we saw lovely desserts: and we enjoyed a cold white wine. Not cheap - 85 euros for two courses, one coffee and a bottle of wine but we couldn't find fault. If you spend time on Helgoland, you ought to visit Restaurant Atlantis.

Have some cocktails in the sun and enjoy watching the tourist and locals walk by.You have a perfect view on the little harbor were the local fisherman have their boats and all sorts of fancy sailing boats will make a pit stop to fuel up. I can especially recommend the strawberry daiquiri and Holzfaellersteak. In wintertime or on cold nights it is nice and cozy inside. Especially upstairs.

if you are going to go to helgoland , it is a highlight to eat crabs. poor man's lobster ! at the "fischer stube" you get a very large portion and it is pure ! i like to eat it with mayonnaise. don't forget to eat bread as well and have a schnaps (helbig) in between and afterwards as the proteins are difficult to digest. you should make a reservation and ask if knieper is availableit is possible to rent a whole room for a party. decor is a bit boring , very average german. nothing special. anyway - the food is world class. i was in naples in florida last winter and paid for 1 leg 25 $ !!!!

The Mocca-Stuben can be found in the center of Helgoland. The service is good and the surroundings very cozy. Perfect for a relaxing stay after visiting the Lange Anna. Best dishes in my opinion are the fish ( the sole or blacksalt fish) and the crab claws accompanied by a good selection of wine.

What a nice, welcoming, fair priced place for good dining. We first came in for drinks after finding the aquarium closed, then after seeing the food, came back for dinner the next night, and then again the next.
