We ate at the Beach Restaurant twice while on a recent trip to Gumusluk, both times at a beautifully decorated table waterside right on the sand. We sampled the mixed salad, a couple of cold mezes, the seafood casserole, lamb shish, and barbecued sea bass. The service was excellent and the food delicious.

Service very good , staff very attentive. Food was ok, but it caters a lot for English people and a lot of people that live here that are English the food is tempered for the English palette. Oven chips , microwave packet rice. I had chicken clay pot , it was no where near taste wise authentic Turkish compared to another restaurant it quite bland . If your not too Keen on authentic cuisine, this is your place. I wouldnât go back as there are better in Yalikavak

We are located on the sea front with stunning views of the beach. We offer a full turkish menu and sea food menu along with classical dishes. Outside seating area available with the best sunset views in Yalikavak.
We had lunch with shepherdâs salad, potatoes skins and chicken casserole. All dishes were well prepared, large size and taste absolutely amazing. We ate at Salt Kitchen 6 evenings out of the 14 nights we were in Turgutreis. We couldnât fault the food, surroundings or the service by Sehmus and his team and of course the most beautiful sunsets anyone can imagine. You can have a meal before going into Turgutreis for the evening or just while away the hours there. Definitely 5 stars - if there was 6 it would be that! Canât wait for next year.

This was a lucky find, we visited Gumusluk Turkey for a visit and found this restaurant down on the sea front. The fresh fish had just been put out and the selection was outstanding, for a selection of starters go into the main part of the building and make your selection from the cold cabinet. I can highly recommend the grilled and pickled octopus, both were melt in the mouth. The stuffed courgette flowers and calamari were also excellent. The house wine is not to bad either.

This place is a fishmonger and restaurant combined; you go in the shop and choose your fish, and how you want it cooked. then you go inside and choose your meze, cips etc. It is cheaper than the seafront places, but more authentic, and heavily used by locals. The atmosphere is lively and busy, but service OK. If you want to eat on the upstairs balcony you might need to book; it can be a bit breezy up there, but they provide blankets if necessary. We also bought some king prawns here one day and took them home to cook - delicious!

Located at the seashore of GümüÅlük, Fenerci is suitable both for couples seeking a little romance and families or groups. Everthing is very delicious. We had âsauted angelfish on its boneâ, which can be called as a trademark - specialty of the restaurant. Definitely a must go restaurant in GümüÅlük!

Such an enjoyable ambiance! When you get to the seafront of Gumusluk, walk right hand side by the sea and after a bunch of restaurants you will see Gumuscafe Fish Restaurant standing along on the sea!
We went here for lunch. The food and service were pretty good and did not seem excessively expensive. Why 2* you may be asking? When the bill came it was calculated so that service was 10% of the total bill including service rather than 10% of the food and drink. This subtlety increases the effective service charge but on first impression seems genuine. When this was pointed out Mr Bean said he would charge the correct amount but sneakily added the wrong amount into the card machine! Luckily we kept our wits. We were also charged a massively inflated price (50% more than we had paid elsewhere) for our aryan drinks which were not on the menu (so partly our fault for not checkingthe price when ordering). Learning point: good food but beware of a few tricks which might inflate your bill.

Sofi's Restaurant & beach and Bar presents guests with choices of the Aegean and Mediterranean kitchen and the chefs do all they can to spoil you with sumptuous yet healthy Turkish and Continental dishes. Engagement, wedding and Special parties can be cat
On our last night in Bodrum, we decided to stay closer to our hotel. Based on the good reviews, we chose Sofiâs. It didnât disappoint. We came after sunset, so we didnât get to experience the beautiful views. However, the area was lively and we still sat along the waterside. I didnât feel that we had missed out on anything, in other words. We were presented with a plate of traditional mezzes to choose from, which is a tradition I love! Seeing what you are getting, as well as an explanation of the dish, is always a plus. We chose two, one a spinach-based dip and a yogurt-based one, as well as octopus. They were all wonderful. My husband ordered a bottle of wine. However, they had ran out of his choice so the waiter brought two other options. He decided on one and said it was the best bottle heâd had while in Turkey! Cheers for the recommendation. I had eaten seafood for 2 straight weeks and decided on a meat dish. I had the traditional Shepherdâs dish, SAÃ KAVURMA, I believe itâs called (donât quote me-still working on my Turkish). It was delicious and Iâm just disappointed I couldnât finish it all. The presentation was beautiful as well, as you can see from the photo. The owner or manager, Alex, came over to ensure everything was satisfying. I can understand why he gets so many compliments because he is very polite, funny and seems to truly care about his guests. We were too full for dessert although I wonât hesitate to return on our next trip. Then Iâll leave room for dessert. As an aside, the restaurant is in a small hotel that looks quite cute. I canât speak to what itâs like to stay there, but itâs a fantastic location and Iâd venture a guess that it would be a nice place to stay outside of a major resort. I couldnât help taking some photos of the statues around the hotel area. Thank you to everyone at Sofiâs. We will be back!We appreciate your lovely review, please come again and join us for a great sunset at Sofiâs.We also would love to host you at Taskule Boutique Hotel on your next stay.
