Reviews on Seafood food in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. China’s third-largest city is the capital of Guangdong Province and a thriving commercial center. Its location on the Pearl River and proximity to Hong Kong has made Guangzhou a strategic port for centuries. Glimpse old temples and gleaming steel towers on an architectural tour. Visit one of four Chimelong theme parks for thrills and chills. Once called Canton, Guangzhou is considered the home of traditional (read Cantonese) “Chinese food.” Foodies will find more restaurants per capita here than anywhere else in China.

We brought all three of our daughters to a Mother's Day brunch put on by Fuel and The Wine People. The menu was fantastic from appetizer to desert. The potato and truffle and Caesar salads were both very delicious and the tomato gazpacho was refreshing. The Wagyu burgers were cooked perfectly, and the fries were served with a delicious green dipping sauce - I wish I remembered what it was called. The staff was fantastic with all our kids, and everyone has a great time. My wife and I will be back!

Seafood salad stated assorted seafood but it came with lox, some calamari, and I think imitation crab meat. It didn't work for me as I expected assorted to be more than 3 kinds. The first part of the ribeye was great and was close to mediumr are. The second part was medium and somewhat hard to chew. There is a disconnect with the waiter as they didn't speak English but he was very polite and tried to be as helpful as possible. I would hope that restuarants that choose to have english resturant names and english menus would take more effort in providing 1 waiter or waitress that can speak English.Lastly, there was issue with the music through the speakers. As a result, I heard multiple high pitch whines and loud noises throughout the end of my meal. Very annoying and not helpful.

We was there with a business partners in a private room which has amazing view to a Canton Tower from the 100-th floor. So stylish and comfortable room with a super professional administrator. The meals is so fresh and tasty. Oysters, scallops, tuna, all seafood was amazing. Recommended.
