The food was alright. The fish was incredibly bony. So bony that you couldn't take small bites without getting tiny pin-sized bones in your mouth. Pretty revolting. The biggest issue I had was with what happened to by girlfriend just after leaving the meal... In short.... I had to drive very fast to find a restroom. It's a real shame because their view is good, but it seems they serve old, bad food. Bring pepto if you dare.

Au Petit Paradis 2 is a restaurant in Aups in the Var in France. You will eat very good salads and dishes with Creole taste. Snacks and delicious alcohol-free cocktails. But also very good Bubble Waffle!
Terrific accras, french fries are home made and delicious. We just had a snack but the plats look fresh and great. Amazing view, sweet staff. Be prepared to pay cash in case they can't get a signal for the card machine.

French menu, but English speaking waitstaff. The food was fresh and delicious. Relaxed atmosphere in a very busy plaza with several restaurants. We loved not being rushed and the starters, dinner and wine were fantastic.

We were recommended this restaurant by our hotel and were very happy with it. It is very popular and the hotel reserved a table for dinner for us earlier in the day. As others have said this small restaurant is right on the beach and a beautiful place to eat on a balmy tropical evening. The staff were friendly and helpful and speak some English if necessary. We chose from the 25 euro menu for 3 courses which offers plenty of choice. It specialises in seafood and local specialities with a Creole twist but meat options are also available. I sipped a Planters' Punch and my partner had a beer whilst making our choices and we both chose seafood dishes which were delicious. We each had a glass of wine with our meal. There were about eight dessert choices. The chocolate mousse was very good and so was the banana flambé! There are many restaurants to choose from in the little town here on Terre de Haut and as we only had two nights we were pleased we were recommended 1 Ti Bo Doudou. It's a Creole phrase and you need to ask the proprietor its meaning! It opens at 7pm and booking is definitely recommended. Our total bill including drinks and tax was 70 euros which we thought was good value.

We came upon this restaurant whilst walking around Saint Francois. It was fully booked that evening and the following one but we secured a table for dinner two days ahead. So advance booking recommended!Le Zagaya is situated right on the waterfront so that you feel you are virtually on it, particularly if you succeed in getting a table right at the front. The restaurant is fairly small and there is plenty of space between the tables so you don't feel packed in. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere inside the restaurant is very relaxing. Most dishes have a Creole twist to them and the seafood is fresh and highly recommended, particularly the blanquette de la mer with coconut milk and linguine which is delicious! There is a good choice of desserts and I particularly enjoyed the house creme brûlée. The banana flambé gateau also looked good. To sum up: Great ambience and good quality food at moderate prices.

Spécialité fruit de mer et poisson Cuisine créole et indienne Sur réservation le samedi et dimanche soir.
We were lucky to arrive soon after they opened, so we could get a table on the edge of the terrace, overlooking the shore and the mesmerizing breakers. Service was friendly and attentive, and worked with us patiently, even though we know minimal French. I was also lucky to get a plate of the crayfish in coconut curry sauce before they were gone. Delicious and almost too spicy for me, but chocolate ice cream afterwards cooled my mouth nicely. My husband's Dorado tartare was fantastic, with a mix of pineapple and other flavors.Run...don't walk...to eat here if you're in northern Grand Terre!

The service was very bad with the waiters pushing for us to order and not being very helpful or patient. The lobster was overcooked. The steak was raw, we asked to cook again and they served it hard as a shoe and then they blamed it on us.Good morning,I am the manager and chef of the restaurant, I have no knowledge or recollection of such a situation or problem as you describe it. Are you sure it's all in my restaurant?cordially
