The compact center of town, where 3,196 people resided at the 2010 census, is defined by the U.S. Census Bureau as the Goffstown census-designated place and is located at the junction of New Hampshire routes 114 and 13. Goffstown also includes the villages of Grasmere and Pinardville. The town is home to Saint Anselm College (and its New Hampshire Institute of Politics) and the New Hampshire State Prison for Women.

We stopped in for dinner before a show. My vegatable priavera with blackened salmon was excellent. The serving size was large. Nicely seasoned and cooked to perfection. The service was excellent. Nice and clean. The lighting was a bit dim but not bad. Parking is on the street or parking garage that is a block away. Prices are reasonable.This place gets very busy if a show at the Palace starts at 7:30 leave some extra time. I would definately return.

I stop in periodically for a clam roll because the owner/chef buys his seafood fresh from the Boston fish market and the fried clams are delicious! I've also had his fish chowder which is sensational. It's an unprepossessing little place but the food is terrific. I heartily recommend it.

Superb food! Beginning with cocktails, the classic man and jimi Hendrickâs were strong and delicious. For appetizers we were quickly launched into their mussels. The garlic tomato onion sauce was spectacular and made the mussels even better. For entrees we enjoyed the ahi tuna and piled high rib eye. Both great choices and paired well with their Chardonnay and top of the line Cab respectively.Our wait staff person could not have been better.No room for desserts but everything ordered for as top drawer.
