What an amazing restaurant! The owner is so friendly and hospitable. You feel so welcome in this beautiful place. The surrounding area is filled with small canals and gorgeous homes. I highly recommend visiting this place if you are in the area. Top class service !!!

Imagine, a walk along the water, peaceful and lovely. Entering to a cosy fireplace, amazing colors of blue-greens in the decor.But the real surprise is the superior quality of the food; you've never tasted better seafood this side of the Atlantic. Star-quality with very good advice on wines.What can I say: save your money on flights to the Maritimes or Eastern Canada!

Very good choice in Giethoorn, lovely location, nice service. Many places in this area looked to me quite simple, touristy and quite expensive. The pork ribs were just excellent, hadn't have one this good in quite some time. The location is incredibly lovely. Service is good. The quality was good and the damage too.

Restaurant in the beautifull Venice of the Netherlands Giethoorn. We have the best spare ribs & steak, canal cruises and (luxery) boat rental. Free parking places and in very close proximity of the centre of Giethoorn.

We have just enjoyed our best restaurant experience in the Netherlands. The Greeting on arrival was warm and welcoming and from then on got better.The order was Gampas, capascio beef, both delicious accompanied by Red and White wine from South Africa which was equally as good.The mains were beefsteak in a pan, Schnitzel and spare ribs . All meals were large , delicious and beautifully presented. Apple pie rounded out the meal.All well done!Our waitress was helpful, could speak English and made some very good menu suggestions,Recommend this place to those who like good food, good wine and a fair price
