I looked at the special board and ordered "Pork knuckle with sauerkraut" and asked for french fries to go with it. What I got was a bacon knuckle and mashed potato mixed with sauerkraut. None of the staff checked whether everything was ok with the food.So i had to request point out that the description was wrong. No apology but i did manage to get a side order of sauerkraut. There are several better brasseries in Geel

Try the terrace outside, especially on nice days. Kids playground safe available close by, linked to terrace. Terrace is over a lake with fish and geese. Food is basic and good, nothing fancy but nothing bad either.
