Enjoy lunch or dinner in our beautiful hacienda style restaurant, outdoors on our spacious terrace or on the golden sand of South Friar's Bay as your gaze at the Caribbean Sea. Savor one of our delicious cocktails or a bottle of wine from our collection.
For those who do not appreciate the ârun-down beaten shackâ experience, like me, this is a very decent place with a nice barman, clean bathrooms and good facilities.

Came here to see some monkeys and mongoose while we ate as recommended by one of our earlier tour guides. We were not disapointed, and got to have a show with dinner as two yuong monkeys showed up and started wrestling and rolling around, also saw our first mongoose. The restaurant itself had good service once we had a menu, and food was delivered promptly to the table. It tasted good and the drinks came before my bottle was empty. All in all this was our best experience eating at a beach bar and grill during our week long visit.

Vivid, scarlet flowers and bright green leaves are the flamboyant details that make up the Poinciana tree. Many natives of the island can recall having Sunday school under the shade of the Poinciana tree, playing the childish "cock and hen" game with the
We tried Poinciana because it had good reviews and was near our condo rental. It was so good we went back for our last dinner in St Kitts. Although it does not have a water view, the garden view is very pleasant. The open dining room is simple but very comfortable. Our waiter was exceptional. Everything we ordered was very very good. Highly recommend.

We visited again for the second time our food was tasty and well presented, we then found sun beds on the beach and swam in the sea for a while, an all round great experience would highly recommend

Great experience, food and surroundings. Overlooks the port and the city. Everything about this restaurant is top class. The meal started with bread and a soup appetizer. We had the fish and chips meal and a steak with baby potatoes. Both were very good. The plating was beautiful. I hate to obsess over the onion rings but they were to die for - panko breaded. All of the hostesses, cooks, waitresses were very friendly. Definitely a place to go for a special occasion.

My friend has been visiting Cathy's many visits and suggested we stop on our last night in St. Kitts for a take out dinner for the 4 of us. We had Ribs and Chicken dishes and shared. Came with squash and plantains(I think) and we ate it all. I would go back. It was a thurs at 6 PM so she just opened so it was not crowded. All food is freshly prepared. There is a time bar and outdoor picnic tables on the beach side overlooking the water.

Our family visited this restaurant a week ago while staying at our timeshare at the Marriott. We always try to arrange our dinners ahead of time and secure a reservation just to make sure no surprises. After doing some research about the restaurants in st. Kitts, we choose this restaurant as one we would like to visit. We contacted the concierge to make a reservation but after waiting all day to get through, apparently the âphoneâ lines were down but we decided to take a chance and show up. When we walked in, we were asked if we had a reservation and we told them that the Marriott had tried all day but could not get through. There were about 3 other tables occupied outside and no one inside but we were made to feel like we were not wanted. We were seated and the service was ok but the servers seemed like we were an imposition. The food was average and we definitely did not enjoy our experience there. Would not recommend it at all.

I love good jerk, have enjoyed good jerk pits for almost 40 years, Montego Bay, Ocho Rios, etc. I ordered their jerk pork and asked if they had a jerk pit out back. No. It was OK grilled pork, not jerk. No pimento seasoning (allspice), no spicy hot pepper bite, I asked for some pepper sauce and she brought me Tabasco, really? Real jerk doesn't need extra pepper sauce. The only real jerk that I've had in SK, is the Jerk PIt at Bird Rock. It's the real deal at half the price. But no ambience. But real jerk. That's the tradeoff. But then again, who comes to St. Kitts for jerk?

We made reservations thru Nicola at the Marriott who recommended Marshalls. It was a stormy night (Tropical Storm) but we ventured out anyway. Alvin with Alvin taxi and tours picked us up, brought us to the restaurant and upon our arrival 2 gentlemen came running our with umbrellas for the ladies. We were seated next to a large window and the view was beautiful - tropical foliage all lit up with the glistening water drops. The food was delicious and the service second to none. It was a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. When we finished, they called Alvin who was there in minutes to pick us up. Fabulous experience
Happinezz is now the hotel restaurant at Mount Nevis Hotel, but it used to be Bombay Bites down on the coast at the end of the airfield. To me, Bombay Bites was the most beautiful relaxed sandy beach bar/restaurant in the world, with the most delicious Indian food I have ever eaten in a restaurant. In contrast to a sandy beach bar, Happinezz is very upscale-looking, very elegant and refined, and yet the prices don't seem to have gone up at all, and the food only seems to have gotten better! I would strongly recommend that anyone who comes to Happinezz order Indian dishes, as that is their cuisine, and they really do it superbly. We had an order of veggie samosas, which were truly heavenly -- large and crisp, thin-shelled and perfectly seasoned, and two vegetarian main dishes, one with cashews and one with mixed vegetables and they were equally wonderful. One of my friends had Dall Maharani, and that was insanely great. The menu is large and varied, but please don't bother to try ordering dishes from cuisines other than the Indian ones, it simply doesn't make sense to try other foods when the Indian food here is so sublime. Thanks a lot Invertpaleo for writing such a wonderful review for us! Though I am new here in this setup, I learnt about the Bombay Bites Beach Bar from this same group. It was amazing place and we were very successful there but two category 5 hurricanes in 2017 forced us to relocate at current place last year. Also looking to the international and diverse clientals of the Mount Nevis Resort, we have to change our name too as Bombay Bites sounds "only Indian"! As you rightly mentioned, our Indian/Asian dishes are very famous and in demand in our guests, but our Continental dishes are also delicious and well served. Especially since a new master chef has joined us! And as experienced by you, though the place is really up-scale (part of a 4-star resort), our prices are very much economical, thanks to effective management! We would love to serve you again and again with more enriching experience!
