Fabriano is a town and comune of Ancona province in the Italian region of the Marche, at 325 metres (1,066 ft) above sea level. It lies in the Esino valley 44 kilometres (27 mi) upstream and southwest of Jesi; and 15 kilometres (9 mi) east-northeast of Fossato di Vico and 36 kilometres (22 mi) east of Gubbio (both in Umbria). Frittura niente male ma il TOP è stata la porzione di patate viola fritte. Croccantissime! Prodotto fresco appena fatto. Proprietario molto attento e cordiale. X ogni porzione di frittura una salsina omaggio.. Tantissime e buonissime!!!DA PROVARE!

Gironzolando per i vicoli di Fabriano lo abbiamo trovato per caso. Pensavamo di mangiare cucina marchigiana e invece, entrando, ci siamo accorti che lo chef è romano. Abbiamo ordinato la carbonara che si è rivelata proprio unâottima scelta anche per le porzioni abbondanti. Ottimi anche i supplì cacio e pepe offerti come antipasto. Servizio cordiale e locale molto grande.

Proprio così, una pescheria che sciorina piatti di buon livello. Valide tutte le alternative sia antipasto e primi che antipasto e secondi. Menzione particolare per il baccalà sempre ottimo in qualsiasi modo preparato. Ottimo per i pranzi di lavoro. Vini freschi in bottiglia. Il conto non è mai uguale, ma può succedere per il fatto che non tutte le tipologie di pesce a parità di peso hanno lo stesso prezzo.

Ampie sale con arredi dark, menù tipici ed univoci del locale, di sabato senza prenotazione è difficile trovare tavoli.I piatti abbondantemente ricchi consigliano di non eccedere troppo nellâordinare.Ambienti rumorosi quando il ristorante è pieno.

The first time we ate here we were on our way to the theater and needed a quick meal so we saw it was open and serving pizza. Although they were about to have a full house of diners with reservations they managed to pull a table together for the two of us. Very accommodating. We ordered our pizze and they were delicious. As we raced through the meal we watched what was being served at the other tables as the place filled up. We decided that we had to return on another night when we had time.Two nights later, after making reservations, we enjoyed a delicious dinner of various seafood. for an antipasto we shared a 2 piato of mixed seafood (squid, small fried fish, shrimp and mussels). For my main course I had their seafood soup and my wife had clam linguini. Everything was excellent. Of all the places I have eaten in Fabriano this is in the top two.

Yesterday we returned to "Nonna Rina" and her incredibly talented "nieces". Their menu is a feat of variety and flair, with recipes for all preferences and inclinations, including traditional, imaginative,and tasty vegan dishes. Their presentation exceeds all expectations. Having dinner outside made a further difference, we just loved our evening out!
