I was not expecting the prices in this restaurant. If you know you are going for high-end dining and want that, you will probably rate this much higher. But I went with a group of friends and wanted a reasonably priced main course (there wasn't one). I ended up with the burger which cost 20 euros, was a mixture of beef and pork and therefore very crumbly and quite dry and came with about ten chips so I went home still hungry. I am sure the tasting menus are exquisite dining experiences if that is what you want and you have a couple of hundred euros spare. If not, avoid this place.Dear Gillian, I am sorry that we could not satisfy your expectations. May I suggest you three things to make you avoid another delusion in the future? 1. If you unexpectedly find yourself in a fine-dining-restaurant, with great hunger and little money, ask the staff for a recommendation. 2. Consult the homepage of the restaurant before visiting it and/or check the obligatory menu presented at the entrance of the restaurant before entering. 3.If you are not satisfied with your dining-experience, let the staff know. They do ask you on purpose when they take away the dishes. No gastronome is interested in having you leave his restaurant with hunger. We could have offered you some pasta, cheese or a desert. You just have to communicate. Apart from this I do not understand the headline of your critique. What does slow food have to do with all this?

I was very satisfied with the food: everything was very good and was not what you can eat at home or buy at the supermarket. Fantasy and skills are the immaterial ingredients that transform the selected raw material into an unforgettable experience. The man who served us was very kind. On the other hand, also the price was unforgettable and maybe wine was a little bit overpriced.

I invited a relative (who has lived in Karlsruhe about 40 years) to eat here. He had no idea what tapas were but was willing to try. Now he keeps talking about bringing his wife here ;-)The atmosphere in the restaurant is very nice (although it can get loud if a large group is sitting right next to you) and service is extremely attentive and helpful. The food is very yummy with effort put into achieving that typical Spanish taste explosion (it doesn't beat actually eating in Spain, but full marks for trying). When it came to paying the bill, I was pleasantly surprised. Very good food & drink for a very decent price.I can't wait to be back in Karlsruhe to come here again ;-)

This a nice mixed cuisine restaurant in a quiet part of town. It has a medium sized interior with few outside tables.The food includes Asian, Greek, Italian and German so much choice of cuisine though menu is small.We had a Greek salad which was good with large feta chunks. The white fish of the day was nicely grilled. The turkey fillets was a large dish with lots of salads and easy too share.A good comfort place. Enjoyed it. Attentive service too.
