A quaint fresh fish market offering the freshest raw fish daily Wednesday through Saturday. Also offering a large selection of prepared items to grab and go such as shrimp salads, linguini and clams and much more! Try one of our wonderful "Hot to Go" menu
Finally a place to get fresh seafood when I visit family in Enfield. A large variety of fresh fish and shellfish. Some prepared to just cook and other plain options for your own preparation. There is a small variety of prepared salads and soups, and fish dishes to take home as well. The lobster rolls and fish tacos that are made to order are so delicious. I make a point to stop at least once during each visit home. The staff couldn't be happier to help you with recommendations and in preparing whatever you are looking to purchase.
Been going to Steve's for years, even before he moved to this location. I really don't care for seafood, but they have the best fish and chips anywhere. The portions are generous and always fresh. My wife has gotten other types of seafood, and it's always been good. This is a take-out food only location, so don't expect to dine in. Parking can be difficult at times as the lot is very small. Also, it can be diffiult to turn left (south) on Rt. 5 when leaving.
Googled Enfield restaurants hoping to find something besides a chain restaurant and the website sounded promising - mentioned lots of fresh fish. We were hungry, so I didn't read the other reviews. A mistake.Learned after sitting that the restaurant has two sections - Asian hibachi, and the American food side. Menu had a choice of Pasta, seafood (ordinary selection), no specials, and some meat/chicken and salads. Our appetizer of calamari was decent. I had the pasta with red clam sauce. Pasta was supposed to be al dente but was over cooked. Clams and sauce were okay. Choice of soup or salad - had the salad which was horrible ice berg lettuce with a tomato and a cucumber thrown in, and the balsamic vinagrette dressing tasted like just balsamic vinegar. My husband's salad with shrimp didn't look or taste much better. Child's meal of macaroni and cheese was uninspiring and came with french fries, not the healthiest idea, and not a choice I requested. Service was a bit slow, not particularly friendly, but not terrible. Maybe we would have been okay if we had done the hibachi. I don't recommend coming to this restaurant. Think I'll I have to stick to the chain restaurants when in Enfield.
