Reviews on Seafood food in Dewey Beach, Delaware, United States. Delaware's Dewey Beach is a spectacular sandbar community - on one side is Rehoboth bay, and on the other side there are the open waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Dewey Beach itself is a small town of less than 400 people, but it has become a popular tourist destination for anyone interested in water sports and beach vacations, and is the perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway. If you get tired of Dewey Beach, which is pretty much impossible, Cape May is only 30 miles down the road and Brandywine Zoo and the historic Kalmar Nyckel Shipyard are right around the corner.

We eat at Fins every time we go to RB, their service and food is very good. We dined with another couple and each of us ordered something different. We were all very satisfied, I had the Salmon meal which is very good. It's worth stopping in here for your meal. IF there is no seating downstairs be aware you will have to climb stairs to be seated upstairs. Casual wear dining is acceptable.

We stopped for lunch, and were very surprised. This place rocked! We got fish and chips meal and also fish and Caesar salad meal. I was surprised how much I liked it, because Iâm not really into fried fish. This fish was lightly fried with a nice crunch to it. The service was fantastic! We will definitely be back next time in the area

Founded in 1997 by brothers Norman and Eric Sugrue, Delaware's Big Fish Grill has become one of the premier spots for casual dining in the region. A unique blend of original recipes, must have favorites and affordable prices have resulted in a dedicated f
Was looking forward to a nice dinner as we'd read their Ciopinno was great which it was. But we were rushed from the time we entered until we left. First we went during Happy Hour as I figured we could get some oysters on the half shell first. Was informed HH only at the bar and there were no spots for us. Okay, no big deal. I had a martini which was very good but the waitress kept coming back and seemed put off we weren't ready to order. We finally put in an order for Calamari which was decent while we decided on dinner. I asked about the Fish Board and having it done different ways with different sauces. I was told not at dinner, I could only have what was on the menu. They only offer this option at lunch I was told and waitress was very short since I was asking for something different. We had been to Ocean View Big Fish where you could choose your fish from the Fish Board and I thought it was all the Big Fish restaurants. Nothing on the special dinner menu appealed to me the way it was cooked and I just really wanted a salad with a nice piece of fish on top with it grilled and blackened. I ended up with the cod, shrimp and scallops which was very average because I felt so pressured to hurry up and order. The Ciopinno was very good which my husband ordered but both of us felt so rushed by Cassie that we just didn't enjoy the dinner. I won't ever go back to this restaurant although I will try Ocean View again soon. There are too many great restaurants in Rehoboth so I'd rather take my appetite and money somewhere I'm not rushed and I can choose what I want.Good Evening Moon Kitty! Our fish described in the daily specials are suggested, however I would have seen no issue why we couldn't have grilled and blackened a piece of fish for you. I would like to apologize that there was a miscommunication on our behalf. On the incident of the overall experience, it is never our intention at all to make you feel rushed nor uncomfortable while dining with us. Please contact me directly at [email protected] as I would love to find a way to make it up to you.Regards, Michael Mailey

You definitely need reservations since it fills up quickly. We sat outside on the patio which is first come, no reservations accepted for outside. We had everything from an appetizer to a dessert and all was excellent. This was a great find walking the area. Definitely be back.

...A Delaware beach picnic highlighting the best our region has to offer. Located in the heart of downtown Rehoboth Beach, Salt Air offers farm to table fresh cuisine, an upscale atmosphere, and great hospitality. Check out our locally inspired menu featu
Attractive decor, mix between modern and rustic. Friendly waitress but didn't check on us much at all, menu varies day to day and the food is upscale, little pricey but not bad for a couple. Wouldn't be ideal for little kids

Great oystersLoved their Rubin sandwich. Might upset the hard core Rubin fans for deviating from the original, but this lobster variation was amazing. Decent wine selection. Our server Morgan was excellent. Bottom line. Highly recommended

We came for some fancy frozen drinks and Nalu came through. I got the back-scratcher cockail which is essentially coconut flavored rum and banana liqour. It was pretty delicous and hit the spot on a hot day. You can order poke bowls if your a fan of seafood. The bar had a fun vibe and catered different cliental. You should consider walking to the restaurant if your hotel is within walking distance.

Woody's Dewey Beach has been serving the best crab cakes and burgers at the beach since 2009. Located at the heart of Dewey Beach, our friendly staff is here year round to provide great service and our award winning food in a fun and friendly atmosphere!
Crab cakes are still the way to go. Best around. We were worried that it was going to be constrained if the front porch seating was not available, but it was. Even in the rain, the side panels kept us dry, mostly. If raining, I recommend seating away from edges, though there was only the occasional drip.

The Fork + Flask is a relaxed, bungalow-style eatery offering inventive American small plates, seafood dishes & cocktails.
They were clearly shot-staffed when we were there. Though we had a reservation, it took 10 or more minuted to be seated. It took longer than it should have to order and be served. Now the good parts...we were thanked profusely for our patience, our drink orders were taken by the manager, food was being brought out from the kitchen by kitchen, staff, management, and other non-servers--a true team effort! Everyone was exceedingly courteous and friendly. And when our server finally greeted us, she didn't seem (or make us feel) rushed at all. The food was phenomenal. Their focus on fresh ingredients really came through, from their special peach-inspired menu insert, to the main menu, and the separately-printed special vegetarian menu, every item looked delicious, and what we had was. Highly recommend this place! Thanks for taking the time to leave such an amazing review! We will take note of your wait time so that we can ensure that these types of experiences are limited. We take a ton of pride in guest satisfaction and we are stoked that we were able to turn the experience into a 5-star one. We hope to see you again in the very near future.Cheers!
