We arrived at the end of happy hour and enjoyed reduced price drinks. Loved the Bahamarita! The service was prompt despite the busy happy hour and food was good.

Dukeâs happy hour is a must stop when we visit family in Kent. What is better than a reasonably priced drink, awesome offerings such as salmon sliders, calamari, Cesar salad, hamburgers, chowder, and more? The servers are also very friendly and efficient.

We arrived and were greeted and seated right away. It was nice out so we sat outside. I got the salmon special which was excellent. My wife got the crab cake and soup combo. We got clam chowder and it was very good. The crab cake was good but being from Maryland I wouldnât say excellent. I would definitely eat here again. The menu can be a little overwhelming but ask your server. Ours was excellent!!

Stopped at the airport Anthonyâs inside security at Seatac airport for breakfast. No line, which was nice, but the breakfast taco is a messy handful. Recommend getting the salsa on the side otherwise your next stop will be your dry cleaners. Good service. Good staff.
During the summer they have a fun and growing Farmers Market in Des Moines, wa. and my wife and I had the fish and chips, it was a very quality fish and the people running it were very friendly

I'm usually disappointed by overpriced, unexciting offerings at airport restaurants. But I've always been happy with the clam chowder at Ivar's at Sea-Tac airport. They give you a good amount at a reasonable price. And the staff has always been friendly and efficient whenever I've visited.

Was excited to have great seafood options at the airport and so apparently a lot of other people:) With 45 minutes to spare before boarding I ordered a Poke Bowl. I thought the flavor was good, although nothing outstanding. I do think that 30 minutes was a lot of time to wait for a dish that required no cooking. Especially, That sitting at the kitchen bar, I saw my plate standing in the kitchen window for at least 10 minutes before being served to me. All this time, the manager walking by at a rather relaxed pace while the rest of the employees were running around busy and not making any effort to do anything about it. Think it can be managed a lot better

The friendliest beachfront restaurant serving Puget Sound and Olympic Mountain views, fabulous fresh award-winning Northwest seafood, prime USDA steaks, beachburgers and sandwiches. Great drinks and martinis. Waterfront deck dining. Live entertainment. Aw
Most of the seafood restaurants in Des Moines area have mixed reviews and nothing really stood out although Saltys in terms of location looked impressionableWe were staying closeby near Seatac Airport and there was little else apart from those with a carnivorous appetite The restaurant in fact is very atmospheric and cosyAgain it always surprises me when you are on the Pacific Coast and apart from the oysters the seafood is frozen possibly fresh frozenThe calamari I admit was the real thing â patagonian tubes and not squid â great flavour but far too much batter which in some ways overwhelmed the flavourThe oysters as I discovered on west coast are miiniscule and with little flavour as was the case hereThe seafood casserole was hugely disappointing and again predominantly salmon rather than a equal mix with scallops and cod But the worst scenario was our friend who specially requested halibut to be cooked lightly but finished up dry and tethered and suspected it was not fresh as assured but frozen. At US$42 plus taxes and services this was unacceptable.Would not return or recommend this restaurant even though service was personable

We wanted to try something different than the breaded cod we ate at home and the combo platter satisfied that idea. We started with a bowl of hot, flavorful clam chowder ~ definitely some of the best I have tasted. Our combo platter ~ big enough to share after the chowder ~ arrive hot and fresh. Where to start ~ well there were clam strips, prawns, scallops, cod planks, and halibut (the food I wanted to try the most and liked the least). Add to that fries and cole slaw and your sample of various fish is complete. The food items were delicious and not grease soaked. Their menu lists a lot of interesting items that I will try if we ever get back to Des Moines WASHINGTON
