Roberto's restaurant is a family run and has developed a fine reputation for the very best in Italian dining - from the satisfying snack, important business lunch, special evening dinner to private parties, weddings, Christenings, birthdays and funerals.W
Love the showtime monthlys here Staff lovely, food served quickly, though as you've to pre-order I'm sure this helps.Just wish the menu would vary a bit. After a few visits we seem to be having same choices on the menu, don't mean fancy, just maybe lasagne or spag bol (after all nobody makes these dishes better than the Italians)Anyhow it won't put us off but maybe just not visit as often. For the price it's a great night out.

Salvias is our local Italian Restraunt, one we often frequent. The staff are always super friendly and the food is constantly excellent. It is a small and intimate Restraunt, who offer an excellent early bird menu, with extensive choices! We also often have take out food, which they are happy to prepare for us to pick up and enjoy at home. Just one little suggestion that I feel would enhance the whole dining experience, would be some soft background music?( if there is any at the moment I canât say itâs ever heard) salvias deserves every one of its 5 stars .

Popping into this fish shop with my mum used to be a treat we loved sitting up stairs with fish and chip and a cuppa looking out the window, we decided to go yesterday as its been a while. Well...... What a horrible experience.. Food wasn't anywhere near what it was before gravy tastes like washing up liquid and fryer/cook decided to burp very loudly as we were eating, we felt very unwelcome, its very disappointing the staff that are usually there are always welcoming and food is nice but this experience has put me and my mum off now we won't be back Hello Emma, We are very sorry for your experience, you have been before so you know this was clearly not up to the high standard we aim to provide. Please could you let me know what time and who served you. It will enable me to ensure this unforgettable experience doesn't happen again. Please could you come to the shop and see the owner Steve as he would like to apologise in person. It shouldn't have happened and it will not happen again.Thank you

We come to brighouse a lot throughout the year but this time we were stopping off with the grandchildren on our way back from skegness to the Wirral. We knew this chip shop and it was just a few miles off the motorway so we made the small detour. It was a monday lunchtime so wasnt that busy. The car park next to it is a pay and display one.The four of us chose our meals and sat down to our lunch. The usual meals in a chippy.I decided to order some bread but asked for it to be cut across the slice and not diagonal as you cant make chip butties from triangle bread................ :)I was told thats the way it comes, which surprised me as i thought, it must be easy to just butter 4 rounds of bread to order.I commented , thats a new one for trip advisor but continued to order the bread. When our meals was served, the lady serving us did in fact bring us a variety of sliced and unsliced buttered bread........( including diagonal, crosscut and unsliced)I will say that the girls who were serving us were always pleasant and polite. The chips were cooked and tasted nice.We all enjoyed our meal....... so yes its definitely a 4 plus stars on this trip.It would have been a perfect 5 stars had the bread option been to the choice of the customer and not, comes as it is.SO its only a half a star lost.We will be back. It is a nice chippy, and im happy to recommend it , even without the bread :)I hope this has been helpful :)
