We ate on the terrace on a hot but windy evening and were impressed with the attentive and helpful service [ and with the free Ricard! ] Fish soup, magret, tiramisu, and pineapple sorbet were all a delight. My wife did struggle, as did some others, with her starter, a sort of whey of cottage cheese - maybe a wrong option for her but the 'formule' options were a little limited. It was good to have this option of a quieter location with a beautiful view but away from the more hectic harbourfront locations

This is such a nice, relaxed and laid back place. Beautiful location, terrace right on a small harbor, friendly staff. We had some excellent fresh local grilled fish ("daurade") with a bottle of nice white wine (Trois Filles, Mont Caume);

compared to other places in Carry, the food seemed carelesslyprepared and presented. The ratatouille was over-cooked, the fish dishes bland and the green salad had several leaves in them that were more than one notch beyond wilted.

My wife and I had lunch here today with her sister who lives in the area and has been dining here for years. Unfortunately, two of three Dorados that we ordered were under cooked. Further, the waiter was very rude and condescending to my wife, who is French. Her sister was highly embarrassed and left a 1 euro "tip" for the waiter.

Situated overlooking the harbour, with tables both inside and on a terrace. There is a reasonable sized menu, and we chose salads-Italien for my wife and Perigourdine for me. Both salads were substantial and mine included a duck breast, cooked perfectly pink as requested, some smoked duck slices, a disappointing piece of foir gras on toast along with the greenery. My wife's had slices of beef tomato, layered with polenta, mozzarella cheese and a bruschetta with ham. Both salads were ok, nice touches like a skewer of tomato, radish and a cooked quails egg Dessert selections were quite comprehensive and I had the Rhum baba, my wife the cafe gourmande. Wine was a little expensive at Eu13 for a half bottle of Aix en Provence Rose.Total bill of Eu64.Service was prompt and friendly, the situation superb but overall a disappointing meal. Some finesse and small tweaks could make such a difference.
