I discovered poke not too long ago and have been to their location in Plano. The Carrollton one is brand new and more spacious with a better atmosphere. Staff is so helpful to first timers as you can create your own bowl or choose from a list of favorites. Everything I've had in my poke bowl has been so delicious and fresh. To tell you I've probably been there every other week since they've opened the location.

I work in the area and we've been coming here for a while for lunch. The food is solid. I've tried the gumbo before but wasn't impressed. It's the po'boys I come back for.My favorite is the shrimp po'boy which comes with hushpuppies and fries. My partner usually enjoys a catfish po'boy.I've also enjoyed the catfish basket. Good catfish is hard to come by but this place has it.I'm from the Gulf Coast. The place reminds me of some hole-in-the-walls I've enjoyed over the years. It's nicely darkened with a fish tank near the front. It's counter service with a good selection of drinks, especially sweet tea!. They have a good variety of sauces and crackers at the tables.I came in today for lunch. It had just opened up and we were the only customers. A few minutes later the lunch crowd showed up and I was pleased to see how many people were ready to eat here! I saw families and a business crowd.I enjoy coming here to eat and I plan to continue eating here.

This place is top-notch: very attentive and knowledgeable service, fresh seafood, excellent preparation by master chefs. Donât expect this restaurant to be cheap (expect to spend $50-$75 per person). However, you are getting your moneyâs worth. The waiters in this restaurant know their job. They know how to ask your preferences and give excellent advice. They have no problem pointing out which of the dishes would be very good on this particular day (normally due to fresh catch), and which would be average. Dallas being not that close to the coast, the staff at Oceanaire knows how to advice people who are not that familiar with âthat seafood thingâ.My dinner that evening was the mixed grill, which had some excellently prepared scallops, succulent shrimp, and a small (thankfully) lobster tail that was just delicious. An assortment of appetizers and side dishes shared at the table allowed me to sample the crab cakes (really good!), the asperagus (ok), the grilled veggies (excellent) and the deep fried scampi (what you would expect). Some friends on the table had the âchicken fried lobster tailâ - essentially deep fried lobster (there is no chicken in this dish). I still think doing that to fresh lobster meat should count as a sacrilege, but my friends loved the dish.Highly recommend this place!

Convivial chain dishing up hearty portions of New Orleans-style seafood, steaks, salads & more.
In Our party of 3, we each ordered something different and each dish was wonderful. We started off shaky with our server - I kinda got the feeling that maybe she had just felt with some difficult customers - but she finally lighted up and became friendlier. We enjoyed our time and will definitely return

Located in North Dallas, III Forks serves the ultimate in Texas French cuisine. III Forks is a restaurant that has recreated the grandiose lifestyle experienced by Texans who believed that fine dining was a perfect combination of great food, great service
I wanted to like this place. It has a lot of charm. But when you walk in and sot down at your table ....you cant help to notice the water stain ceilings or the dirty linen walls. The tables are antiquated and poor condition. I was hoping that the food would make up for the lack of ambience like the appetizer .. nope.. or the steak ... it was âmeh.â I said I really wanted to like this place but when you look at its serious competition Like Nick and Samâs and Del Frisco III Forks need a major makeover and a renovation... For the money you might as well go to Dunstin steak house itâs cheaper in the foods is probably just as average.Thank you for dining with us and for your review. I'm sorry that the ambiance was not outstanding and that your meal was not exceptional. I'd like to look into this further for you. May I please have the name used for your reservation?

Chamberlain's Fish Market Grill is Dallas' premier seafood restaurant serving the freshest fish, lobster, and perfectly prepared steaks all set in a beautiful San Francisco style ambience.
Chamberlain's Fish Market Grill is located on a strip of numerous and varied restaraunts. We travel to this area frequently, and have tried most of the "chain" restaraunts... Tonight, on the suggestion of our hotel, we tried Chamberlain's... The dining experience was warm and professional from the time we walked in - the desk staff was professional and welcoming - the wait staff was professional, attentive and gave us great advice.Oh, did I say the food was fabulous? We had the redfish - the seasoning was well balanced and crisp - not heavy handed "blackened".The scallops were seared with a light crisp edge - served on a bed of sauted greens - ohmygoodness -
