Great restaurant tucked away in Bientina Toscana nice place overlooking a man made lake.We had dinner there on a Monday the food was mouth watering.We had some lovely pasta with shellfish my friend had some delicious ravioli and the Frittto misto was superb.We then had a Fiorentina , a fillet and fresh fish all cooked to perfection.We opted for their local wine by the carafe which was from a Montalbano winery quite good.Desserts were amazing , service 100% the owner who is of Corsican origin takes pride in her work and really takes care of her clients.Grazie di Cuore!!!

Monte Carlo is a beautiful tuscan village with a number of lovely places to eat. This place is particularly lovely as offers gluten free options and caters for vegetarians. Really peaceful lunch time location with amazing views. Food was served promptly but once again kept waiting for one family member to be served their food sometime after everyone else which is why we give it four stars. Definitely worth a visit and great to get off the tourist trail.

We had an excellent meal with friends. The fish was delicious and the green apple sorbet was to die for! The staff couldn't have been more charming.

Modugno was hands down the best meal we had on our week long stay we had in the area. We were greeted warmly by the waitress and were impressed by the lovely decor and feel of the place. Although the menu was in italian the chef came out and was wonderful in trying to translate everything off of the menu into english, and spent at least 20 mins of his own time doing this. The food was exceptional especially the salmon starter and the calzone for the main course, the best i've ever tasted. All in all a fantastic restaurant and we would definitely go again.

Beautiful location a short walk from the centre of Vicopisano. Menu is in Italian but owner is helpful with a translation book and advice. Food was incredible. Being Italian, but living abroad, during the holiday season I delight to taste the flavors of my beloved Tuscany. How not to recite this restaurant that offering traditional cuisine and fine dining in a warm and friendly environment, you have the feeling of being in your own home. We went to this restaurant only because our intended venue was closed, but what we are so glad that we did. The food was great and reasonably priced. Monika the owner who spoke good English was very hospitable and friendly and even helped us out of a pickle when she offered to take us to a wedding ceremony the next day, as there were no taxi companies in the village. Not only did she arrange to have us taken there, she also arranged to collect us after the party and did not accept a penny from us.To repay her kindness, we took a party of 20 back to the restaurant which she catered for extremely well.If you are ever in Buti, you must visit this restaurant.

La Grotta is a great Italian restaurant. Very Nice the " Filetto con Alpino " the alpino is made of fungi porcini. Delicious!In the Summer it's possible to eat outsite.La Grotta has a great upstars garden terrace and a terrace at streetlevel.

We had a lovely dinner at Ristorante i Maggi with 4 courses. But before that, we were surprised with a delicious amuse. The starter was very creative: a cappuccino of seafood! First and second course tasted good as well, though were a bit less exclusive. The staff was friendly and gave some good advice. Last but not least, we liked the combination of old and modern interior.

We stumbled upon Ganzo on our way to our hotel, and we are so glad we decided to stop by! Great service (we had a nice chat with Alessandro, thanks for your recommendations on what to order). And the food was delicious. We had the tagliatelle al uovo with truffles, burgers and pizzas, it was all excellent. It was before Christmas so a lot of families and large groups of people having a great time.Dear Elsa,Many thanks for taking the time to review our restaurant.
