We were warmly welcome by the owners. We stayed on the terrasse which has a nice atmosphere. Food was excellent, but ask the chef for the specialities of the day as he is quite creative and only cooks fresh food.Definitely a place to stop by if you are in Florence/Lucca/Pisa area, you wonât be disappointed for sure!

We had two excellent dinners in this restaurant - upstairs. The service was excellent and the food was totally delicious. The seafood platter is scrumptious and the seafood soup (for two) is absolutely not to be missed. Add some Prosecco and you have a magnificent meal and a surprisingly reasonable price

Stopped by for dinner and without a reservation, we were seated within 5 minutes.The place was jumping that night!! All the staff were very professional. The Ravioli with Bolognese was very nice and the Picci with Asparagus was divine!!! If you find yourself in Montecatini Terme - definitely Check this place out!!! And be sure to order the Panna Cotta for dessert!! It was like a cloud from heaven!!

We have been in Montecatini for a few days and enjoyed some hearty Tuscan cuisine. This was on another level if you enjoy your seafood. Mixed warm seafood starter, and mussels and clams as starters. Ravioli with walnuts and truffles, and seafood ravioli were outstanding. Great service, superb wine list, nice ambience and delightful experience make this our 5 star restaurant of the week. Enjoy !

After a rest in the hotel, having been out on excursions all day, we wandered down to the restaurant on a hot evening. It's a lovely outdoor dining area, much better than most, with friendly and attentive staff. We started with Hot parmesan soufflé, which was stunning! Then onto fish and I had the Fillet of John Dory with zucchini flowers whilst the boss opted for Sole fillets with black truffle shavings. Both were simple and perfect! A nice bottle of Verdicchio and 2 bottles of water to cool us down, finishing with our usual americanos with hot milk. A perfect, all be it expensive, end to the day, then walking back to the hotel along the limes with intoxicating perfume. I enjoyed a very nice dinner with my family last week, the food was fresh and excellent, the choise was among lost of traditional dishes and fish dishes. We booked in advance, we had a very fine table reserved, the waiters full of thoughts and very helpfull. Last but not least the price for the quality of the dinne simply excellent. I highly recommand this restaurant.

We ate here on a Monday night and we were the only diners in what is a very small restaurant anyway.... almost like someone's dining room with great original decor and interesting books and objects!The owner lady chef ( so sorry I can't remember your name ) came out to talk to us about the evening's menu and we were able to select from a limited, but attractive, choice of dishes. You were eating just what was the best produce on that day, and that was fine with us.I loved the baby squid and the monkfish main course and both were perfectly cooked; an additional course of fresh figs was a welcome surprise. A unique experience and worth a visit.

I notice another reviewer said the beef tartare wasnât fresh. It certainly was fresh because it is served / created with much fanfare at the table and we thought it was one of the best steak tartare we have had. Overall, both the food and service was excellent and pretty faultless. My only criticism is the venue. The food was served in a bland and clinical setting. I understand that food is normally served outside in a garden setting but due to the extreme heat they retreated indoors to the comfort of air con. (A shame because the outdoor area is beautiful at night with subtle and atmospheric lighting.) We visited on our first night after reading the reviews and it didn't disappoint! You need to try the Tomato and Bread soup...without doubt the tastiest dish of my entire holiday! Overall the service was great, food and service excellent. We tried to go back however it was closed.

Researched this before we got to Montecatini .. the table setting, table lamps, the service were all second to none, the lady who served us had worked in Melbourne Australia & she was charming, we had 3 courses each & they were all perfection, the lady owner was so attentive & really cared that everything was right, we felt so special we wanted to go back, just ran out of time on our holiday, we will be back & this will be our first meal. Thank you so much for such a perfect. Evening.
