Restaurant familiale peut accueillir 70 personnes Nous sommes un restaurant qui travaillons beaucoup les produits frais Nous avons un très large choix de boisson Nous avons une télé à disposition !
This family-run restaurant has recently opened, the place is clean and spacious. There are indoor and outdoor seats for hot summer nights. The cocktails that Bryan prepares are great and made with high quality ingredients. The food is very good, like eating at Grandma's house. There are dishes that you do not find anywhere else in Mahebourg and the quality/price is great. This place is perfect for a simple aperitif or to eat with friends or family.

This is my perfect type of holiday restaurant. Long, slow and relaxed lunch. Sunshine, sitting next to the sea and eating excellent seafood. Freshly made tempura prawns were excellent and the seafood vindaloo will enter my top 10 for right meal, right time and right place. Perfectly complimented by a couple of bottles of local beer. Loved this place

We were going to the airport,as we were searching for a place to have lunch ,we spotted this restaurant. We dropped in and the staff were very friendly. We had palm gratin which were very tasty and very nice. Then we had fresh captain fish. The food was very nice and tasty but fish was too small and price too high.RS 1200 for about 250g fish ,chips and salad.Quite expensive.Overall the food was very nice ,nice atmosphere, friendly staff but the price must be reconsidered i think.

Situated in Mahebourg, the restaurant Chez Patrick Resto opened its door in 1992. This family-owned establishment, specialised in Mauritian cuisine, serves a varied clientele. Its credo: initiate his guests to the various dishes of the local gastronomy wh
+ food was delicious (prawns, grilled squid, creole octopus) & decent size portions+ cocktails are really strong, although nothing special in terms of taste+ good value for money (most of meals are 200-350 rupees)- service could be faster- interior / location / atmosphere is dull

We had the shrimp in garlic sauce to start which was delicious especially using the bread to mop up the last of the sauce. Our mains of creole shrimp and curry fish were very tasty. Passion fruit sorbet and banana flambé to finish just perfect. We also had the house red and white wine which were very drinkable and generous in size. The whole meal cost 1600.00 Rs . The service was a little slow but they were busy and hey we are on holiday! We were always served with a beautiful smile, I would recommend you give La Vielle Rouge a try, we would definitely come back. We were also given a complementary transfer back to our villa, nice touch.

Can not agree with previous "Local guides"I would recommend this restaurant. Currently staying in Blue Bay on holiday. Best meal we've had locally at reasonable prices. Staff were engaging. No issues at all. Thanks "You can't please all the people all of the time" and everyone has an opinion
