We went here on recommendation, looking for paella. We got one - lovely meaty rice and huge langoustines. Kids (11, 13) were welcomed and seriously impressed by enormous lemon / mint ice cubes in their soft drinks. Worth visiting despite its location near the railway station (you have to get let in after ringing the doorbell)

Luckily we were told by the guy next door to go here as we wanted calamari! We waited an hour and a half for them to open and then went. It was beautiful. The patates bravas were yummy. My boyfriend also then ordered mussels and he thoroughly enjoyed it. The waitress was brilliant. They were busy and she was everywhere serving tables and behind the bar. Worth the wait and will definitely return if Iâm ever near here again. Estimated catherina r, Thank you very much for your visit and for your comment. We wanted somewhere closer to hotel and trip advisor recommended, so gave it a try. Whilst the food was plentiful it was overpriced and restaurant lacked any atmosphere. Not surprisingly as we were the only people in the restaurant!First of all, thank you for coming to our house. Secondly, we know that the food is plentiful and we always work with the best products of the market. That´s why the price depends on the prices of our providers.Last but not least, during the week at night, we have not got too many reservations. Not only in our restaurant, but in the whole city of Bilbao.Hope you have a better time the next one!Regards!

Excellent fish restaurant. We all had different dishes and all enjoyed them but the fish is served without any accompaniment so order some vegetables if you want some. The service was efficient and professional. A favourite with the locals, very little English spoken, basic translation of the menu.

Located around the corner from the Gran Domine, we decided to give this fish restaurant a try after reading the positive reviews on TA. It was absolutely wonderful, from start to finish â fish soup, cod fish carpaccio, king fish and a delicious, local white wine. Itâs not inexpensive and you better like seafood, if you do, this place this place is for you. Amazing food, beautiful ambiance, warm/friendly service. We hope to return one day in the future.

First oyster bar in Bilbao.Oysters from Spain, France, Ireland, Holland and much more. From 1 euro per piece. Catering and take away. Open everyday.
Oysters from all over ... France, Portugal, Galicia... The server recommended a nice variety of Vernets, another French variety and one from Portugal. Personally, I found the Portuguese ones to be too salty, but the two French varieties were wonderful. Also, a lovely white wine to accompany them.
