Came here while in town visiting for baseball. We have no Red Lobster within 40 miles of our house. This did not disappoint. The garlic cheese biscuits are so good! The meals were large and did not take long to arrive. The waitress was really friendly and helpful with questions as well in our group of 6. She even brought me out a birthday ice cream treat. When one growing teenage boy wanted to order MORE food she brought it out quickly. I miss Red Lobster near our house! Surprisingly the restaurant was not busy at dinner time on a Friday night. We had even done the call ahead seating and they were ready for us!Glad to hear you enjoyed your meal at our Battle Creek Red Lobster!

Went there with a friend who highly recommended Pasches seafood. Mind you we moved here from coastal GA where fresh and delicious fish came in abundance. I wasnât expecting to get the arch of the day but at least some decent seafood. What a disappointment. Staff was operating on Zombie speed, food arrived cold and to me it tasted as if all meals had been prepped and cooked way in advance and were just briefly heated up for each order. NOPE. Not going there again

Calabash style seafood originated in the small town of Calabash, North Carolina. In eastern North Carolina, just twenty miles north of Myrtle Beach, S.C., This "seafood capitol" is located on the banks of the inland waterway. This style of seafood became
Worst Steak and Prime Rib we've ever had.Steak was undercooked and had very little seasoning.Waitress was very sympathetic.Thank you for visiting our independent family owned and operated restaurant open since 2002. I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy the steak or the prime rib. Did your server offer to correct your steak or prime rib to your preference? That does happen sometimes at every restaurant as some customers preference for a steak may differ from the standard or a cook may accidentally under cook a steak (human error does occur, although I understand it is not acceptable especially in the restaurant business). Furthermore, our steaks and prime rib are both Certified Angus Beef products and according to their specifications "Only the best of the Choice and Prime grades is considered for our premium label." This is not available in grocery stores, https://www.certifiedangusbeef.com/. We season our steaks for the average customer, some ask for no seasoning, some ask for light seasoning and some ask for extra seasoning. If we put too much seasoning on then that would not appeal to the average customer. Unlike most chain restaurants, our steaks are not marinated with a salt brine, ours are all natural. We are proud to hear from the vast majority of our customers that we have the best steaks in Battle Creek. We have been in business for over 16 years now providing jobs, supporting the community and helping to stimulate the economy. Although your post does nothing but attempt to get people to not support our independent business, thank you again for visiting us.

My neice was married yesterday at Battle Creek CC. The lake provided the perfect setting for the nuptials. We were treated to a top notch dinner with outstanding service. The staff continued to meet our needs for the entire evening. Best wedding ever.Beth and DennisDewitt, MI

This restaurant is one my wife and I will occasionally visit after our Sunday morning church services. We do not always enjoy the music, but the folks here are friendly and the service is excellent. We especially enjoy their fish, shrimp, and hushpuppies.Today my wife and I stopped by for their nationally advertised free fish and French fries. When we arrived, they had already been filling the free orders for two hours and folks were stilled lined up to order and another group waiting for their orders. We were able to place our order within 5 minutes, and the crew, though obviously working as fast and hard as they could, were as friendly and gracious as ever. Even those ordering the free meal and choosing to eat in the restaurant had their food carried to their table as it was prepared. This is a service they always provide. We were #60 on our ticket and they gave #35 their carryout order as we took our place to wait, yet I believe our carryout order was ready within 15 minutes.I did not notice until I picked up my order that they had glasses and straws ready by the cash registers for those who needed water to drink while they waited or with their free meal.Hats off to this manager and team!
