Surrounded by greenery and ponds, this restaurant offer a wide range of Malay and local dishes at affordable prices. The siakap fish in tom yam sauce is delicious as are the friend squid and spicy savory cereal prawns!

4. Hock Chin

When over due to recommendation. Compared to the other one near the city centre, hock chin looks cleaner and you need not eat beside the drain as its in a coffeeshop. Clams and shellfish was sweet and fresh. Do try their "Tau Pok" with cuttlefish and kangkong. Prices are very affordable so just eat as much as you want

Was an excellent dinner. Every dish was good. The cheese beehoon, crab, pork rib, chicken... every dish was just so good. You need to book way in advance otherwise be prepared to wait a long while for the table.
