We hadn't been here for awhile--couldn't seem to be hungry on evenings during their new hours--FYI--Lunch only on Saturday and Sunday. Open for dinner Wednesdays-Sundays....closed on Monday and Tuesday...Now that I had that right, I made a reservation for dinner on a recent Friday night-(recommended, just in case)- and had a delicious dinner under the trees outside with a view of the meandering Bacchiglione River below. The food was excellent-I had a lovely filet with mushroom sauce...and the Bavarese dessert with mint was heavenly! The menu varies, with specialties as well as standard offerings. Service was friendly and efficient--don't be afraid to go if your Italian is nonexistent, since most of the servers speak good English!

Been to many sushi restaurants worldwide and this is definitely a top tier sushi restaurant. The quality of the food, the presentation, service and ambiance was great. This place is only a couple weeks old, so hopefully they can keep it up. It is more expensive than other local sushi places but you pay for what you get.Thank you very much, Craig! We drove past first time and couldn't find it. Being Englishmen of very limited lingo we thought maybe due to the name of this restaurant we'd find an English speaker to help us translate. Antonio did more than help us with the menu, he offered us great company and we discussed everything from football to politics and beyond. The wild mushrooms were perfect. Best meal in all of Vicenza. 5 star service from a 5 star team. Please come visit Comfort Food. You won't regret it :-)Thank you very much dear Dzi....

Perfect place: family - couple or business... romantic.Again one of the top places just 20 minutes from the city center of Vicenza⦠situated in the colli berici at about 550 meters.Very tranquil location it gives you peace within yourself.Nice décor with a beautiful glass led view internally.Not so big ⦠very cuddly.Very clean and excellent staff.Owner supervising at all times discreetly! ⦠Again we are talking about a place that I have been going for many years and it is always better each time⦠Family run!The menuâ ⦠excellent local cuisine at is best with local traditional recipes.Very good selection of brand wines. Quality Value: excellent very good. This restaurant has given life to many others places in Vicenza and surrounding places in the way they cook and offer and maintain their service quality at 360. It's a new place, which opened in August 2017. Great interior and the toilets were really clean. Absolut plus in this areaThe food was really good at a fair price.Just the communication was a lil difficult. The owner asked a friend of him to translate and have a really nice conversation We would have been able to order in English, German or FrenchCiaoograzie per la recensione, mi ha fatto molto piacere e molto ridere....innanzitutto scusate ma nella mia vita ho tanto lavorato e poco studiato, per fortuna c'era il mio caro amico Giulio S. che conosce perfettamente almeno 4 lingue... o voluto far intervenire proprio lui perchè pensavo vi avrebbe fatto piacere conversare assieme. ringrazio e spero un giorno di rivederVi presto! We were there as the first clients and the owner tooked a lot of time explaining the menu because it was all writen in Italian. We followed his suggestion and afterwards we were pleased with his choise. After a while there were more customers. Even some rich peope where dining there.Thank you very much for your opinion. One of the most significant places to eat around Vicenza. Very interesting menu, fresh and tasty food. A bit sophisticated and pricey but if worth it.Do not hurry to order desert, there is a cheif's special sweats waiting after you are done;)

What a treat the gourmet menu, you can't get it better somehwere else. (You have to fast a couple of days before) The meal went from raw fish/shell of various sorts to baked, fried etc. We gave up before the dessert.

The place is fantastic. Just attached to the Basilica Palladian, a stunning monument that releases a majestic atmosphere of the Vicenza important past. But the contrast with the very poor service of the restaurant destroyed the good sensations. I was there with international business guests and it was very hard to sustain the reliability and quality of our company service after choosing such a disorganized and not friendly place.Food was below average as well. The pizzas were not cooked enough, probably because they messed up their backing oven organization...
