Well; very nice place with very friendly staff. They used very fresh ingredients but the food although it was very modernly presented lacked of taste. Did it worth the â¬35 pp? No... This is the place to go if you are looking for an informal dinner, or somewhere to get one or two (or ore) tsipouro/ouzo along with delicious meze. Also, the prices are very low given the quality.

Thanasis is a traditional fish tavern in Agia Paraskevi famous for its fresh fish and delicious fish and other Greek "meze"
This fish tavern was suggested by a friend who visits regularly. The food was very good. We had the fish soup, some small inexpensive fish and salad. We were quite happy and intended to revisit until the bill came. This is a simple fish tavern and should keep the prices reasonable. In most similar fish taverns, we would pay half of what we paid in Thanasis. Sorry but we wonât be coming back.

The restaurant Psarakia and Thalassina offers a large variety of sea food and fresh fish dishes at a wonderful, hospitable area.
Excellent, speedy service with a smile. The prices are really good for a seafood restaurant, especially considering the portion sizes. The star of the show for me had to be the starters they bring on a tray in the beginning. We had the marinated anchovies and the aubergine salad, both excellent. Would definitely go back if we had more time in Athens. Thanks to Athens Habitat appartments for recommending it.

Chalandri's hidden jem Nikopolis is a surprisingly great seafood place. Not hard to drive through but a bit difficult to find a free parking lot, this place won't disappoint you. Being there 3 families with small to young kids on March's busiest date, the Ochi celebration, a date dedicated to seafood. We had a table at the spacious main room and 2 kid's chairs already set for the youngest of our children. Stuff was very friendly and polite and the starters came on time. Menu is full of seafood but there are a couple of options to order steak fillet in case no seafood lovers are among the visitors. Fried potatoes were fresh - a must for most Greek's - and surprisingly all fried options we ordered arrived with no excess of oil, which was just great. We loved fried squid and seafood spaghetti, but mostly the superb eggplant. Main dishes arrived quickly but not in a rush and you may ask when you want to have them. Although the place was very busy and visitors still arriving at 4pm, we enjoyed food and service a lot. Deserves definitely a try.

We visited this place on a hot summer afternoon. There is a yard but I wouldn't suggest it on a hot afternoon. We sat inside where there was air-condition so everything was nice. The plates are Mediterranean with a gourmet preparation and presentation. The staff was very friendly although it would be more professional if the staff knew details about the plates they server. We would visit it again during winter.

An extremely rich menu based around traditional Greek ingredients, combined to make a sort of ânouveau Greekâ cuisine. Unfortunately the dishes are poorly prepared. All the grilled meats where either under or over cooked, the service is average with long waiting times and embarrassing responses from staff. The space is pleasant especially the exterior areas, but the food is rather disappointing.
