We are foodies, but usually prefer a cosy bistro to gourmet dining, The usual feeling as we leave these fine dining places is one of dissatisfaction. We have tried everything from Era Ora in Copenhagen to Frantzéns in Stockholm, and we were never exactly happy. The food is too strange, the staff talk too much, the prices are too steep and we are never even half full, in spite of having dined for hours. Now, after trying Bloom in the Park - a special tasting menu for my birthday - we where totally happy! There is no menu, everything is made up fresh everyday, and every part of the animal is used. The chef served us herself and we agreed to getting no information about the dishes. This proved to be a fantastic tasting, since we had to really concentrate all our senses to try and smell and taste and guess the ingredients. The starters were simply divine: subtle and exquisite variations of asparagus and butter and edible flowers - just beautiful, and the dessert was divine - ice cream and sides made of miso and sweet potatoes! An absolute treat and an unforgettable experience! Gourmet food should be like this - fun, surprising, light and beautiful, and above all: delicious.

We were staying in Copenhagen and just had a quick trip over the bridge to Malmo. While we were there, my other half decided she wanted to try authentic Swedish meatballs.I googled in the area and this place came up.We got there just gone 12 at opening time, its a lovely setting, really old pub/tavern style.Being a veggie, I couldn't see anything that I could eat on the menu, when I spoke to the waitress, she was really nice and said would do my the cannelloni without the salmon and with a side of garlic bread instead. They also recommended a really good beer to compliment lunch. Both meals were amazing, so delicious.we had a lovely seat in the window, it was really nice to be so close to the hustle and bustle of the town and still have this really relaxed environment. It got really busy really quick, so its clearly a popular place with the locals.I've read a couple of reviews where people have complained they could not get a table. So in that respect I would try and arrive early, but you cannot really blame the restaurant for being busy... It shows its clearly good!I really cannot fault this place.best meal we had on our whole holiday easily

I had a business trip in malmö and wanted something typical but original. It is definitely not a mass restaurant, they take their time, great service and original food. Still think it is supposed to be in the higher price category here in trip advisor, a glass of wine costs you 15⬠and there is only one 4 course meal per day so you have little to choose from.

There are places where life goes a bit slower, where time lasts a little longer and where the food tastes a little bit better. Just three miles south of Malmö youâll find Skanörs GästgifvaregÃ¥rd, a unique place and one of Swedenâs most beautiful Inn. We o
Fabulous typical Swedish restaurant in heart of Skanors. Beautifully decorated and excellent food, well presented and tasty. The service was very good and friendly. Worth a visitThank you for your kind words about us. We're happy that you had a great visit at our little Inn and restaurant. Welcome back!

Of all Michelin restaurants we'd visited throughout the world, this is the one we have gone back to. And the return experience was just as excellent as the first. Each dish was so well-thought out, from color to presentation, flavours, structure, including scents.None of those absurd plate-substitutes with silly decor that bring nothing of value to the dish. You must opt for a pairing because they have chosen uncommon wines that are an almost perfect match. The only different experience this time was a lively and quite humorous wait staff.

Vi är en bar, restaurang och café i ett 17 steg från havet. Sitt ute eller inne med en oändlig havsutsikt. Du är alltid varmt välkommen att hänga hos oss. Vi tycker att du är awesome! Sea you!
Fantastic little gem right on the beach. Informal, simple and suitable furnitures, friendly staff :-)Came here on a beautiful summer's evening, and the restaurant was fully booked, but we managed to get one of the bar tables. I opted for the vegetarian dish; halloumi with vegetables. Yummy! And the typical summer drink, Aperol Spritz. What more can you wish for? Actually, more seats and a view towards the sea. Hopefully, they'll expand for next summer.

This was a great experience with every dish carefully designed and explained by the wonderful staff. We were very full by the end, and had loved the experience with an eight course meal. We opted for a non alcoholic drinks package and each of the drinks was special. My favourite was the ginger beer. All in all great experience.

In spring/summer, Millennium has tables in its covered courtyard and conservatory-type building. However, we came here in October having made a reservation in the cellar where the restaurant is located in autumn/winter. Although food was good, our meal was distracted by the fact that there was a playroom with toys aimed at children and Swedish children don't play silently. There were no parents to be seen, because they were sitting in the room next door, whereas we were placed next to the toys. We asked for another table and were told it was fully booked. We, as well as some other adult guests, complained to the staff, who did not seem to bother. Finally, the party with children left and we could eat our food in piece. As I said, the food was good, but firstly, I really think it's a bad idea to have an open room with toys in a restaurant, and secondly, when it exists, guests should be informed when making their reservations.

We have been here for dinner with colleagues. Wonderful ambiance, great hosts, delicious food made it a one great memorable evening for us all. What is special about this place that pretty much everything (except wines) is made from scratch and many ingredients are local (berries, mushrooms, caviar etc). Scandinavian cuisine at its best.P.S. The highlight of the menu for me was the dessert - a baked apple with hay ice-cream and a number of other exciting elements to the dish. It was one of the best desserts and I have ever had (and being a sugarholic I had many throughout years). Do come and make your own memories!

At Ãngavallen living organically from farm to fork is neither strange nor new. We've been doing it for decades and it simply entails recognizing that the natural environment is a wonderfully balanced, robust and sustainable whole. In 2008 we won White Gui
Everything served at this great place is from the closed-loop biodynamic farm. Everything is home grown from the grains and flour in the bread, the grass and hay for the happy pigs and calves on your plate, and the milk in the handmade cheese. A great dinner and a great story. The four course dinner was great. The scallops were from a nearby bio-production. The wine was French bio's as well (not natural wine though). The owner was a diligent and proud host - and here is a lot to be proud of.
